Then I notice something on her neck. Since when she wears a necklace? I reach out and take a look at it. I notice there's a ring on her necklace. Not just any ring... An engagement ring. Who gave it to her? Of course... Sasuke. Who else would it be. Did he propose to her? Did she accept? Are they engaged? But one question is nagging me...

Did I have a chance to be with her?

Y/N P.O.V

I woke up to see Naruto sleeping. Then I realise I have my head on his lap. We are in the living room. 'What? How did I...' I thought. Then I remember. He came to my house yesterday, we talked all day.

I sit up and turn to look at him. He looks so peaceful. I smile and get up. I was about to walk away, when a hand grabs my wrist. Then I got pull down, until I'm sitting on a lap.

My eyes widened, when my face is so close to touching Naruto's face. I can feel his breath fanning mine. His eyes starts to flutter. Then he opens his eyes and looks at me.

"Morning..." He said, grinning at me. "G-good-morning..." I said, my cheeks feels hot. I'm sure that I'm blushing.

Naruto P.O.V

Y/N-chan's face is really red. 'Is she blushing?' I thought to myself. Did she really likes me or she's just lying?

"Are you okay?" I asks. "W-what?" She said. "I said are you okay... You're face is pretty red" I said again. "O-oh... I'm okay..." She said. Her hands is on my shoulders.

I smile and tuck a piece of hair behind her ear. "You're so beautiful, Y/N..." I said. She blushed even more. Even until now... I still find it hard to believe that vampires actually existed. Until I met Y/N-Chan... The true full-fledge vampire.

I lean in slowly as she stayed still. I close my eyes as I continue to lean in. Then I feel her lips on mine. She froze for a moment, I almost think she wouldn't kiss back. Then she finally respond. She wraps her arms around my neck and depends the kiss.

Then she suddenly stops and pulls away. She gets off from my lap and step away from me. "This is wrong..." She said. I look at her with confusion in my face. "what do you mean?" I asked. "I can't do this, Naruto... I'm still with Sasuke..." She said. My heart ache at this. She still chose him over me.

"Did he propose to you?" I ask, looking down. When she didn't respond. I look back up to see her looking at me in shock. "W-what?" She ask. "Did HE propose to you? I saw your necklace, Y/N-Chan... Did he?" I ask, standing up. I walk closer to her.

She stayed silent. Her silence is killing me. I need to know if that teme proposes to her or not. Then she sighs and shakes her head. "No, This is not an engagement ring, Naruto... It's a promise ring..." She said. I let out a breath I don't realise I'm holding. At least I still have a hope to be with her.

"Take it off..." I said in a low voice, with my head down. "What?" She asks. "I said take it off... Take off your necklace" I said, louder this time as I look at her. "W-what... No! I can't do that..." she said. "Why? Because you love him more than me? You chose him over me?? Why Y/N-Chan? Why is it have to be him? What did he have that I don't?" I said louder in each words to the point I was yelling. "Naruto..." She said, looking at me in shock.

Tears begin to stream down my eyes. "Please... Give me a chance... I'll show you that I could love you better than he did... I... I can treat you better than he did... Please Y/N-Chan... Give me a chance to show you how much I truly love you..." I beg. She stayed silent.

I walk towards her. I grab her hands in mine. I place them in my chest, where my heart is. "P-please... Give me a chance... Please... Give me a chance to be with you... Please.... Be mine..." I beg again. But when she didn't say a thing... I start to lose hope. She would never want to be with me.

"Please... Say something..." I plead. "Naruto..." She said. She take a deep breath "I really don't know... Can you give me some time?" She ask. I sigh and look at her. "I've been waiting for so long Y/N-Chan... It's been years... How much longer do I have to wait?" I asks. "Tomorrow... I'll give you the answer tomorrow..." She said. I look at her in the eyes. "Promise?" I asks. She stay silent for a moment, then nod her head. "Yeah... I promise..." She said. "Okay... I guess I could wait for another day..." I said. "Thank you, Naruto... I don't deserve you... Why do you even bother to fall for someone like me..." She said, looking down.

I place my thumb and index finger on her chin, tilting her head so she's looking at me. "I have a lot of reasons to love you, Y/N-Chan... You're an amazing person... I mean... Vampire. There is nothing not to love about you..." I said, with a soft voice. "Are you sure?" She asks. I nod my head "absolutely sure..." I said. She smiles at me.

The rest of the day is spent, talking to her. I try my best to try and make her love me. Hopefully forget her feelings for Sasuke and be with me.

I try everything. Showing her how much I care. Showing her how much I love her. I really hope it'll work, and she'll fall me more. I need her to be mine. I love her so much.
