Cause all of me loves all of you. Love your curves and all your edges, all your perfect imperfections
~John Legend- All of Me~'Thought you might need it.' Amanda place the paper cup filled with aromatic coffee in front on Tony.
Tony lifted his brow, surprised. 'Thanks.' He nodded, awkwardly though.
'Are you actually a coffee guy?' Amanda stood there, as she sip her drink.
'Whenever I need a caffeine boost, yes.' Tony doesn't know if it's coffee that he needed right now, or maybe he just needed a Ha Na boost. It's only half a day they haven't talk to each other and he feels the emotional instability pricking him. He took the cup and sip anyway, trying not to offend Amanda.
'Anyway, after this project ended, have you got any plan?' Amanda asked casually.
'Have a sit, please.' Tony realized she was still standing. 'Honestly, I do have plans about going back to the States.'
'But?' She continues, 'you know, the truth comes after the word but,' Amanda shrugged.
Tony chuckles, avoiding her eyes. He doesn't wish to disclose his relationship details with his co-workers, especially when his co-workers is a woman. 'I'm still looking around for reason to make me stay.'
'Did you grow up in the States?'
'Nope, I grew up here, it was only after I turn twenty.'
She nodded. 'So we do have something in common.'
'I'm sorry? Weren't you transferred from Homeland?'
'My dad serve the army in Korea, I've been living here since the beginning of my memory. And when my parents divorced, I followed my mom back to Boston. And surprisingly, I was transferred back to Seoul again. Reluctantly, actually, so to say.' Amanda was rather frank in her tone, like it was so natural to speak her side of her story to anybody who is considered an expatriate in her opinion, even though Tony wasn't really considered one.
'I'm uhm, sorry about your parents.' He doesn't know quite sure what to say, he had dated one girl who came from a single parent family, nothing he says was right for her. Of course, they broke up.
'Thanks.' She replied, nonchalantly. When her phone vibrated, she made a sign that she is excusing herself.
Tony unconsciously look at his phone as well, wondering what the hell is Ha Na doing. He wanted to reach for the phone and text her, but he never. What was he thinking when he told her that? Ha Na could be as sensitive as a little hamster that was just born, needed thousand layers of tender, love and care. To say he never dread about dating Ha Na was a lie, he knew what he needed to go through again to be in a relationship with someone so innocent, but he just did it even when he knows what storm he would be charging to.
Kim Ha Na is simply...irresistible.
Over the other side, the familiar scent of the musky wooden smell hits her again when she return to her own abode. Kim Ha Na is back, she is back from Planet Tony and back to Earth.
She lock herself in her room, laying on the carpeted floor and watch her ceiling. The unbearable torturing feeling wrapped all her body, the withdrawal effect of clinginess is suppressing her freedom.
'Arghhhhhh!' She grumbled, kicking the floor as she create havoc for no one but herself to see. 'Why hasn't he called?' Ha Na groaned, scrunching her long tresses which ends up covering her face with a few messy strains.
'Ha Na?' Her mother slide open her door to realize her daughter was looking like a pile of mess. 'Seriously, what is wrong with you? You have been behaving really odd since we came back from Mi Ra's.'
