"Jessica?" Taylor said as he saw her.
"Taylor?" Jessica said in a disgusted voice.
"Um, no hard feelings, right?" Taylor asked.
"No, of course not. You just broke my heart after ditching me thirty five hundred miles away from home. No hard feelings." She glared. "I have to go now. Bye Adriana. I see you in school. Nice seeing you again Dillon." She said as she walked out of the house.
"What was that about?" I asked.
"I dated Jessica two months before your 17th birthday. We broke up while we were at a MagCon event. In New Mexico." Taylor frowned.
"You left a 17 year old girl to travel broken hearted across the country?" I almost yelled, who am I kidding. I screamed. "Why did you even break up with her? That it was so important that you couldn't have waited until you had gotten home to break up with her?"
"She broke up with me! She thought I was cheating. I told her I wasn't and that we couldn't be in a relationship without trust and she say that we weren't dating any more." Taylor said.
"Didn't you want to be with her?" I asked.
"Yes. I'm still in love with her!" He said.
"You need to cancel your date with Caitlyn." I said.
"What? Why?"
"If you're still in love with Jessica, you should try to be with her again." I explained.
"She won't want me back. It was too long ago." He frowned. He looked like he was about to cry, so I pulled him up to my room.
"It's never too late to apologize, especially if it's to get back someone you love." I said.
"It is. She hates me." He said as a tear rolled down his cheek.
"She seemed happy to know that I'm your friend. And even happier to know that you're single." I nudged his arm.
"Really?" He asked. I nodded. "Should I call her?"
"Yes idiot!" I slapped his arm.
"Okay." He said. He smiled and took his phone out as he walked away. "Hey Jessica. It's Taylor."

Short chapter but I had to add in the important character to this story. Jessica will play a big roll later on in the story.
Don't worry, Caitlyn will still be in this story. She just will be under going a personality change.
