"Adriana, are you okay?" Matt asked as he shook me awake.

"Yeah, I'm fine, a little wet, but-" I said. "My water broke!" I yelled.

"Oh my god." Matt said with a panic. "What do I do?"

"I don't know! I never went into labor before!" I yelled. "Ow!" I yelled as I felt a contraction.

Dillon and Taylor ran into the room.

"What's wrong?" Taylor asked quickly.

"You know, just labor!" I said sarcastically. "Ow! Can someone drive me to a hospital before I have a baby in a hotel bed?"

"Here you go Ms Rupp, your two healthy baby girls." The nurse said, Hanson me one baby at a time.

"Matty." I said looking other at him. "They're beautiful." I started to cry.

"Just like their mommy." He said kissing me. "Can I hold one of the babies?"

"Here's Keelee." I smiled giving him our oldest baby.

"She has your eyes." He smiled.

"Emily has your's. They've both got little blonde hairs." I said as I kissed Emily's head. "Our sweet little babies." I smiled.

"How's my nieces?" Dillon asked quietly as him and Taylor walked slowly into the room.

"Emily and Keelee are amazing." I smiled.

"My babies are so cute!" Matt cooed as he rocked Keelee in his arms.

"I think Matt is excited." Taylor laughed.

"They're sleeping idiot!" I whisper yelled.

"Sorry." He shrugged.

"But aren't they so cute!" Matt said.

"Of course they are. They're half you." I smiled and kissed his cheek.

"Half you too." He said and kissed my lips.

"Whoa, whoa, no PDA in front of my goddaughter!" Taylor said. I rolled my eyes.

"That's right, Matt, pick Keelee's godfather." I said.

"Carter." He shrugged.

"Jess and Maria are godmothers. That's settled also." I said.

The nurse came in and put the babies in little cribs and took them to take baths while I 'rested'.

I took out my phone and entered the group chat.

'Me- the twins are born and healthy. Carter, Jess and Maria get ur butts down to ur goddaughters!'

'Cah tah- u chose me as one of their godfather?😭so cute!!

I mean, cool. Lolz'

'JessJessJess- yay!!! My god baby is gonna be spoiled!!!'

'Mary Ahhhhh- OMjesus!!!! Yay! What's their names?!'

'Me- come find out.'

"Matt. Don't tell them any news about our babies." I said. "Everyone's coming down. Even jox are stopping their little lovers tiff to drive here together." I smiled.

"Baby. Take a nap for now. You just delivered two babies less than an hour ago. Sleep." Matt said and kissed my forehead. I nodded and closed my eyes.

"So, me and Maria, and Carter and Jessie?" Dillon asked.

"If that's what Adriana decides." I heard Matt say. I turned in my bed to see everyone in my hospital room.
