Chapter 10 - Entangled

Lloyd's P.O.V

Looking Y/N straight in the eyes she then responds. "I-I don't know what to say..." she says under her breath as she stares deeply into my eyes. Waiting for a proper response, the puppy, began to bark at her. She looked down at it then back at me and smiled while putting her down. "Yes!!!" She replied as she hugs me.

As soon as she latches her arms, around me I lift her off the ground and spin her around when instantly I feel a heavy bolt of power coursing through my body causing a strong source of thick energy rings ripple throughout the garden.

Within seconds, the whole garden was flourishing with healthy trees, covered in snow, and the shrubbery looking more alive than before. After that, Y/N releases me from her grip and a bright green glow, lays on my chest on top my heart, then gradually began to fade away. "What happened?" Y/N asks as she lightly puts her hand on my chest.

"You did this...," I say as I gently grab her hands, "You gave me the life energy to bring the garden back..." Y/N smirks at me, grabs my jacket collar and pulls me close. "You mean like this?" she whispers before kissing me. Gently, she leads the way with her lips, as I followed along, and before I knew it, her hands, were all in my hair, tangled in length.

To get a sort of getting revenge on her, I slid my hands, down her back, into her back pockets. She flinches at my sudden action. Chuckling a little to myself, from success, Y/N unexpectedly, receded her hands from hair, then began to feel against chest.

Before we had gotten, any further, the puppy began to bark at us playfully. Clearing my throat awkwardly as Y/N and I back apart, we both blush a solid crimson color. Feeling flustered I try to ease the tension "So..., uh...".

Y/N mustered up the courage to look at me, while passing her hand through her hair, "Yeah, then that was something huh?".

"Yeah...," I say as I put my hands in my pockets. "W-we should get going, there was another place I wanted to take you".

She smiles at me and picks up the puppy while we stroll out of the garden together, hand in hand.

Summoning my dragon, I hoist Y/N on the back of it. "This time I'll fly..." I say as I pick up the reins. "If you say so," she says as I the dragon reacted amused while huffing out a ring of smoke shaped like a heart. "Hm, I think your dragon likes me" Y/N teases as she hugs me from behind.

"I can't argue about that," I say as I take off with an easy start.

I gradually grip the reins as Y/N plays with the puppy, she makes soft adorable cooing noises talking to the puppy in a babyish voice like normal dog owners do.

Man Y/N sure is in love with that puppy, I think it's really brought us together more.

"S-so," I say pathetically trying to break the ice.

"Do you think you can guess where we're going?" I asked. I thought it would be interesting to see how good she was at guessing surprises. "Hmmm," Y/N said looking puzzled, "Well if I had to guess I would say to an adorable little log cabin".

"Well you might be correct, but not quite...it depends on what awaits us on this 'magical adventure' " I chuckle.

"How romantic" Y/N ridiculed.

"Hey this wasn't easy you could at least give me some credit here" I complained reddening like the hottest sun.

"I know," Y/N said as she squeezed my waist again, soon a grin of dominance plastered across her face.
