25. Finale Chapter

Zayn fell down in my arms with his eyes closed.

I sniffled and couldn't believe what I just experienced.

I hug Zayn, knowing we were safe. The siren hasn't gone off but that was because we needed a day left until it actually ended.

None of us paid attention to the time so that's why the time went by so fast.

I see Dane limping to me, holding his arm.

I pull him into a hug as he cried on my shoulder.

"I lost Benicio." He cries.

I bit my lip, trying to hold back tears. "Shh."

I held Zayn and Dane got up and left the building that was filled with dead corpses just like last year.

We sat in a trash dump to fix Danes shoulder that was dislocated.

"How'd you kill Bill?" Dane asks.

"Let's just say an angel came down to help." I smile and pat Danes back.

Dane nodded and looked at Zayn.

"Is he going to wake up?" He asks.

Right when he said it, Zayn opened his eyes.

He wasn't bleeding and he wasn't missing an eye either. Zayn was perfectly clean and okay.

"I saw everything." Zayn says.

"Y-you did?" I ask and stare at Zayn intently.

"Yeah, it was like I was paralyzed. I couldn't move or talk. It was all Lucky who was taking over." Zayn teared up.

"Gosh, I miss Lucky." He sniffles and wiped his eyes.

I'm still shaking from all the adrenaline.

"Where's Ben?" Zayn asks, scratching his head.

Dane looked down sadly and Zayn already got the point.

"I-I'm so sorry, Dane." Zayn whispers and hugs Dane.

Dane nodded his head and kept his face in his shoulder.

"You remind me a lot of Lucky." Zayn pulls away and stares at Dane.

"He had the same exact eyes like you. You guys almost have the same personality too." Zayn says.

"God, if you knew Lucky I bet you two would be best friends." Zayn smiles.

I smiled and nod in agreement.

Dane grinned and looked at the sky.

"Now that Bill and Anwar are gone, I feel so much better and free." Dane says.

Zayn nodded and looked at the sky.

The stars were shining bright like Luckys eyes. I knew he was looking down on us.

"We're moving to England." I say.

Zayn looked at me surprisingly and so did Dane.

"Wait, What about Dane. I don't want to leave him here while the purge happens." Zayn frowns.

"Then we're taking him." I shrug.

"But my mom-" Dane was about to speak.

"Where was your mom this whole time, eh?" I ask.

"She thought I was safe and tucked away with Benicio." Dane sighs.

"Well too bad, you're coming with us." I shrug.

Zayn laughed.
