Chapter 3: Graduation

~5 months later~

Princeton POV

It's been 1 mouth since I saw Maddie. Last time I saw her was on my birthday. Yup you know I got that birthday sex! I am traveling to New York to see Maddie graduate from NYU. I was so proud of her. It was her dream to go there. And NYU is hard to get into and hard to get a scholarship from! She got a half ride. And now she graduating from NYU like I'm so proud of her. She didn't know I was coming to see her graduate because it's a surprise. Her grandparents, parents and sisters knew but not Maddie. Like obviously i was going to be there like I was going to miss this moment. I got out the rental car I'm using in New York and started walking towards the place were she was graduating. I had on my tux and flowers in my hand. There were white red and pink roses. Her favorite. I got in and I gave the sercutiy my ticket. I called Maddie's dad to see were they were. (They saved me a seat) when I saw them I said hi to her dad mom grandma grandpa and sisters. They had a Cuple of other people I didn't know. I found out later that it was her god parents. There were empty seats next to them. I sat next to them and stared at my phone for a while. I got a tap on my shoulder and saw Ray Ray, Roc Royal and Ej there.

Prince: what are you guys doing here!

Ray: cuz Taylor is graduation too

Roc: and so is Nia

Prince: o yea I gotta get used to yall dating maddie's best friends.

Roc: frist off all I was dating Nia way before you even meet Maddie. So you should have known I was going to be here

Prince: well yea I know you would be here but Ray And Taylor I could to get used to this! ( Ray Ray And Taylor stared dating on January 21)

Ej: don't we all

Prince: wait why are you here!

Ej: Maddie is like my best friend you duph! So obviously I wasn't going to miss this day!

Prince: ard ard true I'm glad your here though I'm so nervous!

Ray: yea me too! I got to go sit with Taylor's parents, sister, aunt and uncle, cousins, and grandpa. I'm so nervous! I hope they all like me! I want to make a good impression.

Ej: man you will just be yourself!

Ray walks over to were Taylor's family is and sits down. We all stare at him trying to make a good impression. It was kindof funny though. Roc walked over to Nia's family and sat with them. I waved to both Nia and Taylor's family. Then Ej sat next to me.

Prince: why you sitting here?

Ej: well I'm closest to Maddie and her family so Ima sit here.

Prince: o ok.

The graduation started and all the graduates start walking in. I see Maddie and I got so happy even though she was cross the room just seeing her face made me so happy. We sat throw the long beginning when they fianlly started calling people's name. They got to the performing arts category and dance was the 2nd one. Since Maddie last name is Welch it was going to take a while. As I looked at the program I saw we had fianlly made it to the W's.

Maddie POV

I was so nervous. My name was bout to be called. I was bout to walk arcoss the stage and get my diploma for college!! I was over joyed then

They called my name. I got up and heard everybody cheering. I saw Taylor standing up and clapping for me. I glaced and saw Nia screaming you did it girl! I glaced at Taylor and Nia's family who was clapping and screaming for me. I saw my family all standing up clapping and cheering. Then I saw this guy standing next to my god parents. He looked so familar but I really couldn't see him. I didn't have my glasses on so i could barely see 5 feet in front of me! I grabbed my diploma and posed for the picture and when I started to walk away I heard my sisters yell That's My Sistera! I laughed a little and walked back to my seat.
