Harry’s POV: (Surprise!!!)

As Emily and I walked through the streets of Boston, she showed me as much as she could. She hadn’t ever been in the ‘Back Bay’, as she called it, until this year, her freshman year of college. She only knew a little but a little was enough to know my way around. Newbury St. was the big shopping street. She called it the 5th Avenue of Boston. She said that all the affordable stores were at the end of the street.

I have to hand it to Liam. She was pretty and adorable, but I saw her as a sister because of how she treated me. She had a sense of humor which was a good thing because we boys like to pull pranks. At this rate I wouldn’t be surprised if she joined us on tour, at least for the first month. She was very supportive of Liam and the rest of us so there is no doubt in my mind she would join just for that thought alone.

She was also a bubble of energy and happiness. I never saw a smile not on her face. It wasn’t ever fake either. When I asked her why she was always happy she replied with a shrug and said…

“I just am, I guess. I have no real reason to frown and I try to see the positive in every situation.”

She was currently on the phone with her mum. She rolled her eyes and signed with frustration saying an ‘okay mommy’. I’m guessing she was talking to her about her absence the past week. And before you ask, yes I was ease dropping.

“Mum I was safe trust me, I had Liam and the rest of the boys to protect me.” She rolled her eyes again.

“But mom I was fine. MOM! I am almost 20 years old I can take care of myself I am fully capable. You raised my to be a strong independent women and just because I have a boyfriend now, doesn’t change that matter.” She yelled. I stared at her wide eyed and she mouthed a ‘sorry’ with an apologetic look.

“Can I just talk to Dad please?” She said with an annoyed sigh.

“Hi daddy. How are ya?” She asked in her strong Bostonian accent.

“Can you do your voodoo magic or whatever it is you do to calm mum down because she is literally driving me up the wall.” She said with a very straight face. She then broke into a smile and her strong laugh filled my ears. Her head had fallen back at the force of the laugh. Her laugh was as contagious as Niall’s. Speaking of him he seemed very distracted lately. I hope he's okay.

“Okay love you too… Yes dad I’ll be careful. Bwye.” She hung up her phone and put it in her back pocket.

“Sorry about that my mom can be… a little over protective at times. And me going over to London without telling her didn’t help the matter.” She said with a short laugh.

“It’s fine love. Mi mum used to do the same thing before I went on the X-Factor. After that she calmed down a little bit. She is still a protective mum but she eventually realized that she was going to have to let go of me eventually.” I replied with a small smile.
