"Drake!" Seth called out as he saw the iron bar that clamped around his friend. The dragon would be defenseless with the toxic metal touching his skin which meant that he was alone in the fight. This small coven of about five witches changed into a coven of seventeen and the two of them had greatly underestimated their powers. They should have known to show up on the radar that they had to be advanced, which meant that they had demons under their control.

Drake dropped to his knees as he wondered how they knew his one weakness. Only those as the agency knew what he was. Who had leaked his secret?

Seth glared at the younger witch that was standing a few feet back from his partner to see that she was still chanting. If he managed to reach her before she finished her spell he had time to help Drake. If he couldn't then he was sure that the dragon was doomed. That only meant that he would have to use powers that were forbidden unless the situation was helpless. This situation looked helpless enough.

He pulled his pen sized staff out of his jacket before it grew to it's full size. He twirled the staff around as he got a feel for the intense power before he launched himself over his friend with the staff raised.

He was mere inches from the woman when his breath was knocked from him and he went flying to the side. He knew what it was right away. One of the demons had attacked him to protect one of its many masters. This demon, though, seemed to be different than the other ones that he had fought before. The strength that this beast contained was intense yet also electrifying. He felt a strange surge of power that mended his broken ribs instantly.

As soon as Seth managed to collect himself, he threw the demon off of him easily. Almost as if the demon allowed him to do so. He glanced at the demon and his eyes grew wide. The demon that laid there wasn't really a demon. He was so much more.

The creature looked up at him with his silver gaze and Seth knew exactly why the creature had done it. He wanted free. Seth nodded before he rose his staff over his head with both hands and the air around them started to pick up. Limbs were being ripped from nearby trees. Witches were being thrown around the small clearing as lightning struck his staff.

The demigod's eyes started to glow before he lowered his staff and the rain fell in sheets. The ground became instant mud and visibility was gone. He knew that no one could see him, but he could feel every single one of them, "From my father I bring the storm that tears this place apart," thunder sounded right above them and he could feel the witches trembling with every raindrop, "From my mother I serve justice," lightning struck in seventeen places at once. He could feel the women seizing in the torrential downpour and he smirked, "Let the light set you free!" again lightning struck seventeen places at once and he felt the stillness of the clearing.

His job was done, but his work was far from over. He still had to clear the storm that he had created before it travelled and destroyed the area around him. If only he had Rowan at his side. She had been the only one that could help his dissipate the storm. Agatha could contain it for a short while, but he still hadn't figured out how to control the power.

"Seth!" Seth heard Drake's voice boom through the storm, "It's dangerous here! We need to get out and get to Agatha!"

"Agatha," the voice was light and fleeting, but definitely masculine, "she is the grand leader of the coven after the witch that bore the demigod died," Seth knew it wasn't a question, but he still opened his mouth to answer before he was cut short. One of the still forms of the demons began to move and made his way through the rain to his side, "You must be that child. I've heard of you. They gave you the name Seth Griffin Storm in honor of your father and I see he honors you in kind. Funny, though, you don't know what you're doing. It's sloppy," with that comment the rain stopped and Seth saw clearly enough that he noticed that the rain was beginning the flood the area, "You're young," the creature that had helped Seth bowed at the waist, "I am Korbin."
