bakugou and todo are apart from the rest, who are all stuck in midair (why this is i don't know, it may mean something or it may just be a cool effect the animators wanted to use pff), and the reasons for this is that they, or at least todo, are very important to this arc, and the other one i dont wanna disclose for spoiler reasons (｡･ω･｡)

this shot, where deku is standing before a crowd of threatening figures, is obviously supposed to represent the students of shiketsu high, the people they'll be up against in the license exam. they are a powerful bunch of kids.
