Ok, now the stuff I used w/ my spaghetti squash I filled my peppers w/ it but 1st I did this:
Rinse out ur peppers (mine were cored & washed previously).
Bring a pot of water 2 a boil on medium heat, drop in ur peppers, reduce heat as needed...
Let boil til the skin is soft (like shell noodles, but still durable enuff 2 hold filling) I did this 4 about 5-10mins....
Preheat ur oven, just enuff 2 reheat them..... (I reheated the filling b4 stuffing mine)...
Fill ur peppers after u drain the water.... place in any pan that can hold ur peppers (i recommend metal/aluminum)& preferably something small so ur not trying 2 take out a huge pan.... (I decided 2 use a pie pan)
Add any cheese u like (this is optional)
Pop it in the oven (even if its not fully heated, ur just warming it a bit more)! I stuck it in 4 about 9mins..... but u keep it in as long as u need (Its better whe the cheese is all melted)
After its done, let it cool 4 maybe a min or 2 then enjoy!
