Hurt

Warning(s): Just some mild swearing also there might be some characters that uhh well are out of character. Anyway, onwards!

Robin noticed that Damian wasn't going to respond and continued. "So he didn't accept you huh?! I bet you stole the title Robin. You didn't earn it!"

Robin sneered, walking out of the room, slamming the door behind him.

Damian clenched his fists, his gaze not shifting from the ground. No he deserved to be Robin! But why.. He hadn't done anything good in his life, he had killed hundreds of people for all he knew. It was even worse considered he had done it without hesitation.. 

 This Grayson was correct, his father didn't accept him, nobody did. 

At least when Grayson was younger he spoke the truth; unlike his Grayson.. Did his Grayson think like that about him? Damian felt like he was about to cry, his facial expression showing otherwise as his default scowl remained on his face.

Nobody knew what to do though, Robin had a valid point. The kid didn't seem like someone Batman would allow to go crime fighting with, he was extremely rough with who he was fighting with and even held a birdarang to Wally's throat! They started to grow even more suspicious at the newcomer before returning to the problem at hand.

Artemis sighed inwardly, reaching a hand out to Damian.

"Hey kid.. Are you alright?" She asked, unsure of how to deal with the situation.

"Don't touch me!" He snarled, hitting her hand away. "I'm fine." 

That reaction certainly didn't convince anyone, Robin's words had definitely effected him in some sort of way. 

"It's alright to seek comfort." Kaldur tried to reason, keeping his distance from the boy incase of a potential attack.

"I said I'm fine!" Damian yelled, throwing a birdarang at Kaldur who was already expecting. He had swiftly moved to the side; allowing the birdarang to fly right past him, it collided with the wall. 

Everyone was getting sick of the new Robin's behaviour, he were extremely rude and had made no pleasant comments the whole time he had been here.

"Robin listen, if you are going to keep this up we will restrain you." Kaldur warned, narrowing his eyes at Damian. 

"Tt- like you'd be able to." The younger boy rolled his eyes. 

The comment was ignored by everyone as they began to get lost in their thoughts. This kid, he was from the future is everyone more hostile in the future of something, maybe Robin became a criminal over time? They were so caught up in all this mess that everybody, besides Damian jerked up in surprise at the sudden dark voice emitting from the shadows.

"What is going on here?" Batman questioned as he turned to the team. Nobody had heard the cave announce his code over the speakers, were they really that deaf or did Batman somehow manage to make it silently teleport him?

"Robin and our new visitor had a fight, verbal fight. We fear he may of hurt the kid.." Kaldur responded, a slight frown tainting his face.

"This kid has major problems." Artemis added as she gestured to the birdarang that Damian had flung into the wall.

Batman then looked back at Damian. "What is this?" The dark knight questioned, his eyes narrowing into slits.

Damian shrugged.
