"Hey Jade! How's the tour?" Gemma asked on the other line.

"It was great. I wish you were here though."

Harry and Gemma decided to go FaceTime so here I am, talking to her because Harry passed me the phone for a moment when he was asked to leave the room for rehearsals.

It kind of feels great talking to Gemma, even though I knew the whole social media are talking about me and Ashton. I really think Gemma and Ash should be a couple since they look cute.

"Yeah. But I'm really busy with a lot of stuffs now, and I also have to take care of my mum here."

"Oh. Will you please tell Mrs. Styles that Harry's doing great." I said remembering Harry and Gemma's mom.

"Don't worry. I'll update her up." She giggled and I saw her stand up from where she was seated and went somewhere with the phone still on her hand.

"So tell me how's the boys." She started up a new conversation.

"Oh well. I've been listening to their songs lately since I'm on tour with them. And yes. The boys were doing great with all the concert thing."

"No. I'm talking about 5SOS. Are you getting along with them?" She asked in a very concerned tone.

I felt my body sunk as I heard '5SOS'. I've been trying my best to keep my distance away from them for the past few weeks, and I guess I have to say that it's really working, especially when the paparazzi's are around.

"Yeah. We're good." I simply replied and I saw Gemma grin on the phone.

"I've heard that you and Ashton's been hanging out a lot lately?" Gemma said probably teasing me, and I felt my cheeks heat up.

I didn't really expect that Gemma can still see those things on the internet. Now I feel slightly embarrassed with this topic.

"Oh no. You are thinking of the wro-" I started but she cut me off.

"Jade. I don't have feelings for Ashton, okay?" She giggled again and I frowned.

"I swear Jade. You guys look cute together." She complimented and just in time I saw Michael coming in with the other boys of 5 Seconds of Summer, except for Luke. Gemma must have noticed since I saw her smile.

"Hi boys." She screamed trying to call the attention of the group.

"Hey Gemma!" That's Michael making his way behind me to show himself in to the camera. He waved and Gemma waved back.

"You've dyed your hair in some kind of galaxy color now!" She said laughing as she was still looking at Michael.

"Yeah. I made it like that for a moment." He joined Gemma laughing. I giggled at the sight of them.

Gemma must be really close to this boys. She feels comfortable around them and vice versa to the group.

"Gemma!" Calum shouted on the corner of the room, running towards us to FaceTime with Gemma.

I left the two to look for Harry but then Luke pulled me out of nowhere making me scream because I though it was someone who was just trying to kidnap me, but he covered my mouth as he pulled me along with him.

We went in one of the corners of the backstage area making me wonder what this is all about.

"Um. Hi?" I tried to break the silence since Luke was just looking at the ground and saying nothing. It looks like he was nervous about something and I wondered why.

Was he still nervous about all the concert thing? Because it looks like he's already gotten use to it. It's the first time I ever saw Luke act like this.

"What's the matter?" I asked taking a step more closer to Luke. I touched his chin and tilted his head up so that he look me in the eyes and tell me what's the problem.

"Luke-" I started but he cut me off.

"Do you wanna go on a lunch with me?" He asked in a normal voice but with a nervous tone. I stood there in shock trying to process what he just said.

Is it me that they were talking about on the tour bus?

"You mean like..." I said slowly. "A date?"

Luke shrugged his shoulders while he scratches the back of his neck. "Yeah. Y-You could say that."

I giggled at the sight of him feeling nervous about asking me out on a date and he stood there dumbfounded.

"Sure. You silly." I said attacking him for a hug.

I guess it wouldn't be that bad if me and Luke goes out on a date, since I knew that he was a really nice guy.

Luke hugged me back and that's when I felt him grin.

"Tomorrow night?" He asked.

"But you guys have a show."

"Oh right. Dammit." He cursed in a low voice and I laughed

"How bout tomorrow afternoon?" I suggested. "But we've got to get back here fast."

Luke laughed. "Sure. That'll be great." He said and he hugged me again. "We better get going."

I nodded and just in time I saw Ashton pass by us.

"Hey Ash." I called and waved. He waved back and smiled at me, but when he saw me and Luke together, his smile faded and walked away.

I wonder why.

"Umm hey Luke. I'll just go to the bathroom for a moment." I said.

"Sure." He went inside the room where Luke and Calum is and I headed to Ashton's direction trying to find him somewhere. Out of the corner of my eyes I saw him on the arena as he watches the One Direction do their practice.

"Hey." I murmured on his back. Ash turned around and gave me a smile.

"Hey."

"What's up back there?"

"Nothing."

"Doesn't look like nothing." I murmured looking at the ground.

"So what did you and Luke talked about?" He asked out of nowhere and I feel myself blushing again.

"Oh umm." I started.

"He asked you out on a date?" He said more like a fact and not a question.

"I-I guess?" I replied. "Yeah."

"Luke is a great guy Jade. So you are absolutely lucky." He said.

I don't know why but something is wrong with the way Ashton tells me good things about Luke. There is something wrong with him. He looks sad and down with they way he was saying it.

Maybe it was just me.

"Let's just drop that topic for a moment Ash." I managed to say and Ash still looks so sad.

"You excited for your second day here in Manchester?" I asked again and he nodded.

"I'm going to the bathroom for a moment." He said leaving me so quickly.

I stood with my back leaned against the wall, watching the lads and feeling sad, but also confused as hell as of why Ashton is acting that way.
