"Hey, Tony" I whispered with tears streaming down my face
I went over to the bed and sat down beside him
"I'm so sorry, if I stayed at the house with you it would've been me in here and you'd be perfectly fine. I'm so so sorry, Tony. I never ever wished this on you even when you bullied me I never wished anything bad on you, I love you Tony, I love you so much and I get it that you wanna go. I don't want you suffering anymore, it's ok if you wanna go, but just know that I love you and I'll never let go, for you. and I'm sorry"
I sniffled and got up and laid beside him again
"I promise I'll always keep you in my heart and I promise to stay alive for you, I love you, Cesar Antonio Perry Soto. Forever" I wiped a tear off my face then got up
I started walking to the door then I heard the sound that will forever change my life
Beeeeeeeeeeep beep beep beep
I turned around seeing he's fighting to stay alive and his heart is beating.
