8 MONTHS LATER

"God, my legs ache." Lisbon half collapsed into her office chair. Jane stood over her, worrying.

"Abott told you to take maternity leave, but why wont you?" Jane wanted her away, to rest up and make sure a good birth was coming, but Lisbon refused. She wanted to work on the case. The rest of the crew crowded around the desk. Jane liked the name Skylar, but Lisbon was adamant on the name Scarlett. So far they had agreed to disagree.

"Right," Adressed Abott. "We have had over 10 killings recently, all with the Red John symbol. We are pretty sure Jane killed him, but not sure enough. We have been assigned this task from the President himself. Evidence is down stairs, get to work." Abott walked away, leaving Jane looking uneasy. Whilst the rest of the team got to work, Lisbon looked at him and sighed. He hadnt been himself lately, with the Red John case coming back up.

"Are you okay Jane?" Asked Lisbon, caringly. He looked at her with a sad and longing look, before the wall came back up and he smiled. They hadnt thought of baby names, but they both had a name in mind. Jane really liked the name Skylar, but Lisbon was adamant with the name Scarlett.

"Perfectly fine darling," he said, before walking away, to the evidence Lisbon presumed. She got back to her work, sorting out witness's, family and friends. It was a boring job, but it was Abotts way of making her bored so she would take maternity leave.

The bloody shirt made Janes stomach tug uneasly. It belonged to a man who went by the name of Sherrif John McAllister, the man formally believed to be Red John, which was currently being disputed inside the deep and dark mind of Patrick Jane.

"Yup, thats his shirt," Said the overweight officer in charge of the evidence locker. He was looking around uneasy. Jane new of course what was wrong. Judging by the fact the man held his face away from the camera showed he didnt want to be seen. With a few mental notes, Jane walked out of the room, the man following. Jane waved at the man, who ignored him and pulled out his phone, which was ringing. Jane heard the body slump too the ground. Racing down, Jane kneeled next to the officer, who was smiling with a ghoulish grin on his face. The phone lay next to him on the ground, still on the call. Slowly, Jane reached for the phone, but the dying man beat him to it. Pulling out a gun, he shot the phone through the screen. It flickered and died. The man looked into Janes eyes.

"Tyger Tyger" And closed his eyes.
