Chapter 14

Merida's POV

The room was very bright.

I don't know why I was worried; this isn't any different from Father's interrogation room.

"Where were you yesterday"

"In the camp"I answered.

He slammed his fists into the table making me raise an eyebrow.

"When did you find about your powers?"

"Today"

"Do you know anyone who was out of the camp?"He asked which triggered a flashback.

That staff...

I saw her yesterday when I was near the forest's gates.

"I'm not quite sure if she went out"I said making him sit up interested.

"I don't know her name either"I added making him look at me carefully.

"Why do you suspect her"He said making me take in a deep breath.

"She's always lurking in the night... Almost like she is able to blend to the shadows"I said making him look at me.

"How will you like it if I tell you I could train you for you to join the police force"

"To keep an eye on me? With all do respect I would feel more comfortable if Elsa were to be the one who trains me"I said making him look at me.

"I would talk it out with the higher ups"He said making me nod.

"Nex-"

"Bunnymund... How dare you? Merida you can go now. And you don't you dare do that to one of my students without my permission"Tooth said making me back away.

"North told me to"

Is all I heard as I walked out of the cabin and met the darkness of the night sky.

The wind slapped my face making me realize how cold everything really was.

I walked to my log cabin and was suddenly engulfed with a hug making me look at the person.

Hiccup's hair touched my neck creating a tickling sensation.

"Hiccup... Oi let go before I jab you"I said making him sigh.

"Let me just savor this moment"He said making me say nothing but blush.

He soon let go making me turn around and look at him.

"Ok so now tell me why you hugged me"

"I have to leave the camp"He said while scratching his neck.

My heart drop.

"Are you coming back"I asked cautiously making him stay quiet.

"...Yeah"He said making me punch him.

He gasped for air making me sigh.

"Geezh you scared me"I mumbled making him smirk a little.

"What going to miss me"

"Of course I am... You're my friend"I said making him look away.

"Right"He said while clearing his throat.

"Come on let's go to your cabin"He said making me start walking towards it.

"Be cautious while I'm away"Hiccup said before walking away with his super speed.

Creepy...

~~~Next Day: Middle of the Day~~~

I yawned.

Elsa grabbed my hands dragging me away.

There has been this boy who has been stalking me the whole morning.

It's getting creepy.

Suddenly the walkways got crowded making me lose the grip I had on Elsa.

And there it goes.

Oh well.

Might as well just go to the cabin.

When I was walking I heard a huge thump making me stop and look around.

"Hey there"The guy who has been stalking me said.

I completely ignored him.

My pace got a lot faster though.

But of course that didn't stop him.

He walked in front of me.

"The name's Snotlout"He said while making a weird smirk.

"I didn't ask"I said confused.

"I know but I have a feeling that me and you are going to be a possibility"He said while grabbing my hand.

"Ahaha no"I said while taking my hand and walking away.

"Don't worry we will get together"

I hear him yell out making me shiver in fear.

There's something very unsettling about him.
