Chapter 22

Merida's POV

Sweat poured down my forehead as I slightly panted.

Who knew that controlling a power would be so hard to do.

"Focus"Elsa said making me nod once and begin to refocus.

Without much hesitation I began to redo the movements and heard the crackling of my fire.

I continued and then stopped.

Elsa clapped making relief wash over me.

"Ok now bring out your fire"She said making me quickly whip it out but lose control.

Everything erupted in flames making Elsa quickly raise her hands, ice showering over the flames.

"Sorry"I said while rubbing my arm.

"Take a break"Elsa said making me sigh and sit down.

I have to learn how to use this power.

Elsa had left to who knows where making me get up and do the movement slowly but without hesitation.

Soon enough I got the movements down making me look at my hand and concentrate on bringing out a small bit of fire.

A small bit of the fire erupted making me smile in satisfaction.

One more time.

The fire crackled and erupted slightly.

Again.

The fire was small making me sigh.

Again.

The fire glistened but there wasn't much heat.

One more time.

Finally, the result that I wanted appeared.

The flame burst with color and there was an amount of heat that was undeniable.

I stopped and smiled in satisfaction.

With a few more times of practice, I'll be able to control a minimum amount of heat.

Funny how I was able to control the biggest amount of heat but not the littlest.

Oh well.

Third Person's POV

Mordu didn't say much as he walked out of his office.

All the other officers quickly bowing their heads.

He didn't care much.

All he wanted to know was where Elinor had been for the past few 2 weeks.

He hadn't heard from her and he was getting restless.

He got into his car and drove, getting angrier by the minute.

When he was in his driveway he realized that something was different.

Someone had come.

His anger had now reached the maximum.

Taking a whiff of the air he realized who had been there.

Not just Elinor but Merida as well.

Just when I thought that I had gotten rid of her, He fumed while entering his house.

He walked to Elinor's room and burst the door open.

One more time, he sniffed and confirmed what he had guessed.

It had been Elinor and Merida who had been there.

His gaze landed on the chest that had been slightly moved.

He perfectly knew what was inside it making his anger burst through.

His eyes glowed dangerously as he walked to the chest and kicked it opened.

The chest open and Mordu's eyes scanned the insides of the chest.

Not seeing what he was looking for, his hand turned into a bear claw and slashed at the chest shredding it like paper.

She got it... That stupid useless brat. All she had to do was stay away from this damn chest Mordu thought as he kicked the shreds.

He went to the triplets room and pounded the door.

When he got no response he jerked the door open and saw no one making him leave to his own room.

That brat must be looking for answers. I should have rejected that whore and that useless brat, Mordu thought as he grabbed a pamphlet of the camp Merida went to.

He flipped through the small pamphlet and found what he was looking for.

A map of the whole camp.

There was no question about it.

He could easily find and destroy the camp.

Without a second thought, he got up and stomped down the stairs of his home.

His car's engine roaring to life as he drove.

Determination was running through his veins.

Creating his eyes to glow dangerously.

He suddenly stops making the car screech and the cars from behind started honking.

He makes a turn and starts to change his plans.

Mordu will first find the woman he calls wife.

He will shake her and then use her against her own family.

He will no longer support her and the useless brats she produced.

For they aren't even his.

Though he tried his best to forget about that

The damn ghost still haunted him.

His regret...

Not killing him first.

Hiccup's POV

I looked at the color.

It was dull but bright.

The orange making it the right shade of bright, the color dulling it a bit.

A sigh escaped my lips as I finished coloring a painting for the 'art class'.

The teacher clapped as I raised an eyebrow.

Seriously.

The girls ogled me as the teacher let me go.

My mind wandered to a certain redhead.

Without looking at the clock I made my way to her section and waited.

Soon enough the person that I was waiting for appeared making me walk up to her.

"Merida"I said making her hum as she was looking for someone.

"Who you looking for"I said slightly jealous making her glance at me and then her eyes lit up making me look in the direction and see Flynn.

Wait...

She likes him?!

"Flynn do you have it"She said making me cross my arms.
Flynn glance at me and smirked.

This guy...

"Wanna come over and check"He said making her look at him confuse.

"Ok"She said making me grab her collar.

"Yeah no. He doesn't have them"I said making him roll his eyes.

"I'll come over and give them to you"Flynn said making Merida nod and run off.

Oi...
