Chapter 25

Merida's POV

I laid in my bed.

Oh doesn't this feel nice?

Much better than I had expected to feel.

My hair carelessly bounced everywhere as I slowly got up.

What is that sound?

A heavy sound made my heart accelerate.

I've heard it before.

Actually, it's so familiar that it made me freeze completely.

Those heavy footsteps were the reason why I was afraid of him.

The door swung open and I stood still.

He smirked at me and closed the door.

"Where's the file Merida," He said making me shake my head.

"I don't know what you're talking about, "I said making him slap me.

I fell to the ground with a heavy thud and looked at him.

"Tell me where it is, "He said making me shake my head.

"I don't know, "I said and his eyes flared making me crawl slowly away.

He kicked me making me tighten my lips.

I won't make sound...

I won't please him by crying.

"If I say I don't know... It's because I'm not lying" I said while getting up.

I stood up and looked at him in the eye before getting smacked back down.

My mind was slowly going blank...

He picked me up by my hair making me grit my teeth.

"Now Merida... TELL ME WHERE IT IS!"He yelled, spit flying everywhere.

"I don't know, "I said making him growl in anger and throw me towards my bed.

It didn't stop there though.

He began to punch me continuously which didn't help since I was already losing consciousness.

Someone...

Please help me.

Soon I was losing the air inside of my body.

He stopped and I looked at him.

His eyes glowed and soon his hand was no longer a hand.

It was a bear claw...

My eyes widen as I looked around.

Anything.

Blue things appeared making my eyes widen.

They grew in size and set a boundary between me and Father.

He roared and completely transformed swinging, missing by inches.

Suddenly they disappeared making me get a full swing.

"HEY LET HER GO"I heard a male voice said.

I was losing conscious really quickly which made it hard to distinguish the voice.

"You little whore" Father whispered before leaving through the window.

Almost immediately I started receiving the air that I wanted.

Tears broke out as I sat up, my whole body aching.

Blood dripped from my forehead and my lip.

"Are you ok?"Hiccup said making me give him a thumbs up.

"Uhu... I'll get Rapunzel... FLYNN GET YOUR ASS OVER HERE" Hiccup yelled while Flynn came walking in backward.

A small smile came to my face as Flynn started to shake his ass in front of Flynn.

"Stop that... I'll be back" Hiccup mumbled making Flynn laugh and sit down next to me.

"Does it hurt? "Flynn asked making me nod a little.

My only question is...

My eyes widen making me quickly get up and run to the phone.

"Oi Merida" Flynn yelled as I started to call.

He's gonna take it out on my mom.

Third Person's POV

Merida wasn't wrong.

Mordu was fuming with rage.

It didn't make sense to him.

He knew that Merida was there.

Her scent was everywhere.

He stopped at a gas station and that's where he saw his victim.

Elinor.

She was looking around with a worried expression.

His rage was reaching a limit.

And when he saw Elinor...

Well, that was the last straw.

Without thinking or hesitating he began to beat up Elinor.

Elinor began to scream making passers look at them, few just watch and others begin to call the police.

Mordu was screaming at Elinor drowning her pleas of help.

All Mordu could see was a woman who owned him her life.

The woman who ruined him

Took advantage of him.

By the time the police had come, Elinor was passed out and Mordu was getting ready to leave.

When she received the call of her Mother being in the hospital she immediately got up and left.

Elsa drove her to the hospital and the whole ride was silent.

Merida's POV

My heart ached as I saw my Mother on the bed.

The heart monitor constantly beeping.

Her eyes and lips were swollen shut.

No one even dared to stop him.

Everyone just watched my Mom get beaten half to death.

The temperature in the room heated up making me sigh.

"Merida" My mom whispered making me look up.

"Mom," I said relieved.

"The file... the guy's picture... He's your Father" She said while licking her lips in every pause.

"Mom you have to rest, "I said recovering from the shock.

Maybe she hit herself too hard.

Well, Father hit her too hard.

"You don't believe me" She whispered.

"No Mom it's not that..."I said my grip on her hand losing up.

"He is your Dad... Mordu isn't you're real Father"

"He picked us up from the streets... I wasn't able to conceive any children with him which made him bitter"

"But the triplet-"

"I was pregnant with them when Mordu found us," She said while a nurse entered.

"Visiting hours are over"

"Wait but I just got here, "I told the nurse as she pushed me out of the room and out of the hospital.

Elsa grabbed me making me sigh and follow her.

She drove back without any sound.

I'm so confused.

My eyes closed and I let myself fall asleep.
