[TokyoGhoul]Touka x Eithergender!reader

I meandered aimlessly through the empty streets of Tokyo at midnight as the slight drizzle of rain forms into a intimidating thunderstorm. It didn't bother me though, it was just a drum in collaboration with the melody I hummed to myself. I finally arrived at my original destination, an ancient train station awaiting visitors. I quickly walk in to be greeted by my short-tempered friend.

"Tch, took you long enough" Touka said with a irritated glare.

"Touka, it's one thirty in the morning, you're lucky I even agreed to show up, so you don't deserve to complain right now" I replied tiredly with a sigh.

She signals for me to follow her as she starts to walk away, with her hair slightly making contact with my face. It was a delightful mixture of purple, pink and blue to create the perfect colour that isn't too light, and isn't too dark. It shined carelessly in the scraps of light as the moon looked blissfully down on us. Her hair was a little messy, but it was nothing that a simple brush couldn't fix, it's not like it was noticeable. I walk a little faster to gaze upon her face.

Her eyes were extremely deceiving, at first the irritation was clearly present, but upon further inspection, her eyes were warm and welcoming, no matter what emotion she was at the time, her eyes would differ from her mood.

Her outfit consisted of a dull blue jacket and charcoal black shorts, a boring, dark fashion sense, but she could pull it off any day while still looking utterly breathtaking.

It had just gone 2am as we took a seat on the roof of the train station. The stars were particularly vibrant that night, at least I thought so. Hours went by as we spoke about anything and everything. As the night came to an end, the sun slowly ascended, spreading light over the sleeping city of Tokyo. It was a clear sign that our meeting couldn't go on much longer. I randomly gazed again at touka as she was looking down at the empty  city. She noticed my eyes were on her and slightly turned a shade of crimson.

"W-what are you looking at?!" She asked hesitantly.

All of a sudden, an overpowering urge came over me, it was as if I had a burst of confidence and courage. I decided to use my sudden confidence before it was too late.

The next few minutes was a series of blurs, I came back to reality to realise my lips were pressed against touka's, she had a very surprised face, but she showed no signs of being uncomfortable.

Her lips were soft and irresistible, it was one of the reasons I had melted into the kiss within seconds.

After around 30 seconds I pulled away, I could believe what I had just done.

I-i kissed touka!

Instead of become angry like she usually does, her frown turned into a cute smirk.

"Wow, we should do that more often"
