You laid down on your bed as you replayed the events of what happened last night over in your head. You had yet to tell Liza that you met Josh Peck and that's the reason you freaked. You could hear coming from the living room of Liza's party what sounded like Liza's voice along with a few other unrecognizable voices.

Reluctantly, you decided to drag yourself out of bed and be social. You shuffled your feet, which were dressed up in some fluffy bunny slippers down the hallway to the voices. The conversation became more clear as you grew closer.
"You have no clue who she was?" You made out one voice to belong to David.
"No, one second we were hitting it off, then I took the mask off and...she darted." You rubbed your sleepy eyes, there wasn't any possible way...

"Maybe she freaked when she found out she was talking to Josh from Drake and Josh." The other voice belonged to Jason Nash, a friend of David and Liza's who you had met a few times. You gasp loudly, instantly bringing your hand up to cover your mouth. The room goes silent, which makes you realize you've been found.

"Y/N? Are you up?" Liza calls out. You hesitant, what can you do? If you go out, Josh may notice you, but if you stay there and be quiet then it will be suspicious and he will find out it's you.
"Uh, yeah. I, uh," Come up with an excuse, Y/N, "found a spider in the hallway, Liza come help me kill it." You shout back.
"Here, I can go help your roommate." You discovered was Josh's voice.
"NO! Uh, I need Liza...I also have, uh, girl...issues." You stand there, questioning to yourself why you brought that up.

Shortly, Liza turns the corner where you are hiding. You quickly cover her mouth as you drag her into your "room", you are at Liza's apartment more than your own so she let you have a room for yourself. Once you're inside the room, you let her go and quickly lock the door, breathlessly throwing your back on the door.
"What was that?" Liza questions. You go on to explain to her that you were the girl Josh met last night. Naturally she doesn't believe you, so you mention the shoes and how you left them behind because Josh could not meet you.

"Okay? But Josh didn't mention any shoes..." Liza started but you stop her.
"Let me get somewhat decent and then I will go out and 'meet' Josh, hopefully I can get him to give details about the night." Liza agrees and waits on your bed as you change into simple black nike Tempos and your "Introvert" tee, being a celeb's friend really has its perks, free merch. After you throw your hair into a messy, but cute, bun, you two head back to the guys.

You say hello to Jason, give David a hug, then introduce yourself to Josh, trying not to show that you have met before.
"Josh was telling us about his Cinderella while you were in there with the spider and...girl issues." David chuckles lightly.
"Cinderella?" You act interested, as if you didn't know what he was talking about.
"Some girl led him on, then ditched him when she found out it was him. Left her shoes behind and everything." Jason explains. You give a look to Liza, who now has wide eyes.

"What did the shoes you like?" You egg on, needing more proof that it was you. Josh pulls out his phone and shows a picture of your shoes, heels that were sparkly and opened toed, just like you described to Liza.
"I'm hoping to post on Twitter and maybe mystery girl will come forward." Josh sighs, you notice some hurt from his body language. You almost felt guilty of running away, because you did like Josh. "But a guy like Josh, never goes for a girl like you." You thought to yourself.

Liza changes the conversation and talks about her night. She goes through photos and shows the boys pictures of fans that she met and funny videos. She comes across one picture though, which makes your stomach churn.

The photo is one of Liza and you, at the end of the stairs, during the beginning of the night. Josh instantly recognizes the dress.
"Liza, that's her! That's the girl!! Do you know her? Do you know who she is?" He is showing the boys the photo, Liza and you look over at each other and your face goes pale.
