Nash or Hayes

Chapter 2

Nicole's POV

I woke up at 9am and got into some neon green shorts and a neon pink spaghetti strap shirt and my running shoes and went for a run around my block to see what it was like.

It looked peaceful and calm. Then I heard someone behind me and looked back. It was Nash. I stopped and he stopped and we talked.

Nash "Hey what's up?"

Me "Nothing much, just going on a run. You?"

Nash "Yeah same. Where you running to?"

Me "Just around the block. Exploring the neighbourhood."

Nash "Cool. Can I join you?"

Me "Yeah sure."

And he jogged together until we reached my house.

Nash "Umm... Can I get your number? In a friend way though."

Me "Yeah of course. It's 123-123-1234"

Nash "Awesome. Text you later then."

Me "Yeah ok. Bye."

Nash "See ya later"

I went in my house and got a text

Unknown : Hey it's Nash.

Me : oh hey. Just a sec. Lemme change your contact name.

Unknown : ok

*changes contact name*

Me : ok there. It's Nash :)

Nash :) : ok.

Me : well I have to help unpack the rest of my house. See you tomorrow for another run? Oh and bring you brother. :)

Nash :) : Uh. Ok. Bye. ;)

Me : bye.

I went and unpacked the plates and made myself some food. 11:30am. I went to my bathroom and took a shower, put on my makeup, put my hair in a messy bun and changed into normal clothes. I washed my dishes and my mom brought me and Josh to the school to register. I texted Nash and asked him his schedule. The woman there said the grades were sometimes mixed together. Turns out we have chem together. Cool.

I wet home and texted Nash.

Me : Hey what's up :)

Nash :) : nothing much. Bored. U?

Me : same. Wanna go for a walk? :)

Nash :) : do I have to bring Hayes?

Me : please? :)

Nash :) : fine. Lol. I'll come get u. ;)

Me : ok :)

After a few minutes he knocked at my door and there was Nash and Hayes.

Hayes : Hi Nicole

Me : Hey. Ready to go?

Nash and Hayes : yep.

So we walked and talked. Then Hayes said

Hayes : Can I get your number Nicole? Friend way of course.

Me : yeah sure. It's 123-123-1234.

Hayes : great thanks.

Me : no problem. So we should head back now.

They walked me home and it was really late. I didn't realize that I spent all day with them. It was 8:41pm when I looked at my clock. I brushed my teeth, washed my face and got into some Pjs. Then I got a text.

Unknown : Hey. It's Hayes. ;)

Me : hey. Lemme change ur contact name. Brb.

Unknown : ok. :)

*changes contact name*

Me : There. It's now Hayes :)

Hayes :) : ok :).

Hayes :) : I was wondering if u would wanna go to the park with me tomorrow? It's Saturday so we don't have school.

Me : yeah sure. Come pick me up at 10:30 :)

Hayes :) : ok ;) I'm gunna go to bed now. I'm kinda tired. Lots of walking today. Lol. Bye. See u tomorrow :)

Me : Ok night :)

*new text from Nash :)*

Nash :) : Hey what's up? :)

Me : nothing much. Just bored in bed. :p

Nash :) : same lol. Wanna do something tomorrow? ;)

Me : can't sorry :( doing something with Hayes. Maybe Sunday? :)

Nash :) : oh. Uh yeah sure. Ok. :)

Me : :)

Me : well I'm gunna go to bed now. I'm tired. Gotta be up early for Hayes. Night :)

Nash :) : Ok night :)

After that I went to bed. I couldn't wait for tomorrow. I wonder what we would do at a park? Maybe hang out on the swings? I guess I'll wait and see. I feel asleep.
