[two months later]
Jisu was sick. She overworked herself too much and got caught in the rain too many times in the middle of the night.
She could easily afford for her small apartment and her food, but add two kittens - living organisms - and she was having trouble.
She always came home late, exhausted, but she never forgot to play with her cats or to feed them. They were her precious children.
But Jisu was still human, in the end. She collapsed in the safety of her apartment - thank the gods.
Yoongi and Jimin, her two cats, were shocked. They didn't understand what was happening to their owner.
The two rarely shifted. It scared away their first owner, but their new owner needed their help. Jimin was the first to shift. He was clearly attached to Jisu, never wanting anything remotely bad to happen to her.
Jimin whimpered as he held her feverish body to his colder one. Yoongi shook his head in cat form before shifting.
"We need to put her in bed and get some medicine," Yoongi rasped out, not having talked in months.
Jimin nodded. "I'll put her in bed," he quietly murmured as he easily lifted her up.
Yoongi ransacked her cupboards and drawers, searching for medicine. He still couldn't believe the two shifted again. It caused them to get thrown out of their first home.
