Part 13

Ashton's pov.

Emptiness was all I felt waking up to realise she had left some time in the night. I guess she really didn't love me anymore. How could she throw away everything we could be. I bet she crawled back to Luke. She probably came to the conclusion that's he's better for her.

Taylor's pov

"Ashton's sending me and the boys away for a few days" Luke said sympathetically

"What? Does that mean you're leaving me here? With him?" I exclaimed

"I'm sorry, Ashton's orders, we have to find the rest of Styles gang, he believes they're in the next town"

"Can I come with you?" I asked hopefully.

"Look I'm sorry we have to go but you can't come with us, we are doing this to try and protect you, Ashton wants to make sure you will always be safe"

"When are you leaving?" I asked timidly

"In a few hours" he sighed

"Oh"

"You'll be fine. Ashton won't hurt you and you know that" he said

I nodded before he brought me into a tight hug.

Why did they all have to go. Especially today of all days when I needed my brother the most.

A few hours later and I found my self hugging each of the boys goodbye as Ashton ran over the plans and routes for the hundredth time.

"Be safe" I shouted as they walked to the car. I shut the front door being left with Ashton for the next few days. I looked at him expectantly as he raised an eyebrow at me crossing his arms and leaning against the wall.

"So..." I started trying to break the awkwardness

"Why did you leave?" He asked somewhat angrily "you said you'd stay and you didn't"

"I didn't think you'd still want me there in the morning." I said pathetically

"You promised that you would talk to me in the morning it's the afternoon now" he states

"I know but I'm not talking with you, not today anyway" I sighed

"Why not today? Today's no different from any other day or are you just one of those people who break there promises?" He snarled

"For fuck sake Ashton just leave me alone for one day!" I screamed angrily stomping upstairs to my room.

Ashton's pov.

What did I say that pissed her off so much? She never snapped at me like that.

It had been several hours and Taylor was still hiding away in her room. My phone started vigorously ringing, I looked over to see the caller ID was Calum and I immediately reached over to answer it.

"Hello?"

"Ashton! We've got a lead, were now trying to track then down and if everything goes to plan and we find there hide out we should be able to slowly start killing them off, we aren't to sure how many there are" he rambled "but we think we can handle it" he laughed

"Of course you can are you forgetting that I taught you guys everything you know, if you stick to what I've told you, you should have no problems" I laughed

"Anyway how's things back at home?" He asked

"Um .... Fine I guess" I grumbled quietly

"Is Tay alright? I'm not sure how she will cope today, it's a hard day for both of us but if affects her most" he said making me confused
