Keith's POV

When Keith and Tom arrived at their home, they were greeted by the sight of Holly making pancakes while singing and dancing to Shake That by Eminem and Nate Dogg.

Knowing the song, they both grinned and sang along.

"We 'bout to have a party (turn the music up)
Let's get it started (Go head shake your butt)
I'm lookin' for a girl with a body and a sexy strut
Wanna get it poppin' baby step right up
Some girls they act retarded
Some girls are bout it bout it
I'm lookin' for a girl that will do whatever the fuck
I say everyday she be givin' it up

Shake that ass for me, shake that ass for me
Come on girl, shake that ass for me, shake that ass for me
Oh girl, shake that ass for me, shake that ass for me
Come on girl, shake that ass for me, shake that ass for me"

Holly laughed and turned the music off.

"Do you have a girl to sing that to or why can you sing it so well?", she asked, wagging her eyebrows suggestively. Keith laughed.

"No I just heard it very often", he grinned.

But after a moment his smile faltered. He'd had to tell them sooner or later. "Umm...mom? Dad?"

Said people turned around to look at him. "What is it, Keith?"

Keith looked at his feet. "I gotta tell you something..." "Go on, love", Holly soothed him, sensing his discomfort.

"I'm...gay...", he said. "Please don't hate me...you two are like the best foster parents I've ever had and I couldn't stand losing you and-", he rambled but was interrupted by Holly and Tom laughing.

He looked up. "What?"

Holly stopped laughing to look him in the eyes. "Have you never been in our bedroom?"

"Uhhh...no. Why should I go in there?", he titled his head. Holly waved him off. "Good point but please follow me."

Keith nodded. "I'll watch the pancakes.", Tom said making Holly smile.

The blonde woman took Keith's hand and pulled him upstairs into his foster parents' bedroom.

"....", Keith looked around the room, stunned.

"So...you don't mind?", Keith asked, slowly turning to look at Holly.

"Does this look like we do?", Holly asked, pulling him in for a hug. Keith smiled into her shoulder.

"Love you"

When the two got to the kitchen, they saw Tom placing the pancakes on a plate "Pancakes are ready."

Keith grinned and rushed to the table, feeling happier than he's ever been in his life.

"This doesn't make any sense!"

Keith laughed. Pidge had been complaining about their German homework for the last 30 minutes. (Yes, they have a German class in my story...I have a german friend, so...)

"Why is it dieser and not dieses Tisch?", Pidge asked, getting even more frustrated.

Keith lay a hand on her shoulder. "Umm...aren't the nouns in german sorted by Feminim, Maskulin and Neutrum?"

"Ahhh yes. Thanks, Keith. So it is a Maskulin?", she looked up at him. Keith nodded.

"Hey, Guys!", they heard someone yell and looked up to see Hunk and Lance walking towards them. "Hey", Pidge and Keith responded in unison.

"Whatcha doin'?", Lance asked, sitting down next to Keith. Close. Really close.

"Keef and I just finished our german homework.", Pidge grinned. "You are really good in German class, Keef.", the smallest of the four said. Keith blushed.

Lance pinched the raven's cheeks. 'So cute', the Cuban thought.

"So~", Lance drawled, as he slung an arm around him. "Anyone wanna sleep over at my house tonight? My fam's away." Pidge shrugged.

"Why not" Hunk nodded and Keith looked thoughtful.

"I'll ask if I'm allowed." The others nodded.

The bell rang and everyone stood up. "Hunk, I believe we have Art together now", Keith said and the Hawaiian nodded.

*After school*

The others waited for Keith, who was at Tom's car right now, asking him for permission to sleep at Lance's.

"Okay. Imma bring you things over at 6 pm okay?", Tom asked, drawing Keith in for a hug. Keith smiled. "Okay"

The others watched this with a smile. It was nice to see an orphan being on such good terms with their foster parents.

"Bye!", Keith yelled after his father. He turned to see the others smiling at him. "Let's go?", he asked and Lance nodded.
