Not one of them

Riley laughed before kissing Farkle again, maya and Lucas sat awkwardly next to them, it was Halloween and riarkle was alive, all new and happy. But for maya and Lucas it was one series of awkward nights after another, intwined with riarkle they had to go on double dates for the sake of Cory and there they were again, little did they know they had feelings for each other while both of them were hiding it.
  "Huckleberry, how 'bout we leave them alone?" Maya asked, trying to break the ice
  "Well yea sure, that'll do." Lucas muttered before getting up, maya got up too
  "Where to?" Maya asked
  "Haunted forest?" Lucas laughed staring at the forest ahead, this carnival was huge and was for high school, they had all wonderful decorations and great forests
  "Yea okay." Maya smiled
  "Bye, Riley, Farkle." Lucas whispered into himself cuz Riley and Farkle were just too busy staring into each other's eyes
  
Maya stepped on a twig, three minutes of being inside the forest and Lucas was already slightly scared, he didn't want to come but to stay with this blonde and leave those love birds, he'd die for.
  "So maya how's it been?" Lucas asked
He knew slightly, or he had guesses that maya liked him, but not confirmed and it was not worth losing their friendship so well...
  "All good huckleberry, how's your hut-hur cowbunga-bunga farm on?" Maya laughed dodging another root, she well, she liked Lucas and was a little paranoid if he liked her, but...again
  Lucas stared at her, walking next to him, the deadly silence so beseeching and her skin shone practically glowed under the moonlight, her soft lips who so many craved for were slightly parted as she breathed through them, walking and hopping across the forest.
  "Maya, do you like me?" Lucas blurted out, his face went red and his eyes widened, not quite believing he said it
Maya stopped and turned to face him, her face slightly blushed
  "What?" Maya asked
  "Sorrry, I just went a little over the top." Lucas muttered, taking two steps back
  "I-I don't like y-you, haha." She gave a laugh in the end, too genuine, actually it was deliberate, sorta not true
  "Well okay. This is awkward." Lucas mumbled, another bird chirp broke the silence but wasn't enough.
  "You like me?" Maya asked looking up and taking a step closer to him, he blushed of course, not quite knowing what to say, 'no?' He won't have this chance again, 'yes?' He might no lose his friendship (Riley)
"Yes." Lucas whispered so low that an ant walking could drown that but maya heard it, her face blushed with extreme redness
  "I am sorry." Maya said
Lucas looked up staring at her
  "For what?" He asked
  "This, cuz I am sure you won't like it." Maya said before stepping in closer pulling him by the collar and smashing her lips on his, her hand around his neck, for once he was shocked but then he snaked his way down her waste and hair holding her close to him as he slid his tongue in her mouth, wrestling all the way.
Very gently maya pulled back, lips still touched
  "Yea sorry." Maya whispered into his lip
  "Fuck, this was the best thing I ever have done." Lucas muttered before once again pulling her closer but this time only hugging her.
Next it was walking back, a little awkward, not hand in hand, maya knew this was a mistake and Lucas just did it for the heck of it, but her doubts, mind me, her doubts were cleared when they reached the carnival and he pulled her closer to him by the waste, he spun her kissed her linking their hands and letting everyone know what the news is.
