Chapter 1: Fast Legs, Fast Heart

You ran around the tornado, unravelling it from the outside. Clyde saw what you were doing and managed to use a mini whirlwind to push you off your path. As you stumbled to the floor, you said to Cisco, who was listening through your communications device, "CISCO! HE'S TOO STRONG! I CAN'T DO THIS--"
"Yes you can, Y/N," another voice said to you, Harrison Wells, your team captain, "Listen, what happened to you is my fault, I can admit that. But your semblance is not a curse, it's a gift. You can use it to make a difference, and you can start by defeating Clyde Mardon. Now run, Y/N, RUN!"
You got back up and began to unravel the tornado, going faster than ever. Eventually, you unraveled it as Clyde yelled in agony. As you looked up, breathing heavily, he brought a gun to your head and said, "I didn't think there was anyone else like me."
"I'm not like you," you tell him, "You're a murderer. And you won't hurt anyone else, ever again!"
And with that, you punched him quickly and knocked him out. "Cisco," you say, panting, "Mardon's secure."

As you brought him back, you ran to Ozpin's office, and said, "Sir, the first meta-human. Clyde Mardon."
"Excellent work, Zoom," Ozpin complimented, "You should go back to your team."
You did just that, rushing back. As you entered your dorm room, your outfit shrunk back into your ring. "Meta-human secured and contained." you say.
"Great, Y/N," Cisco said, high-fiving you, "One down, and a crap-tonne more to go."
"Just had to kill the mood?" you joke.
"Y/N," Harrison interrupted, "You've done enough for one night. We'll search for another one and get on with school work. You, on the other hand, will enjoy the company of others."
You walk outside of your dorm and sit down next to a tree. "Hey, look who it is." a familiar voice said.
You look up to see Cardin Winchester, your bully, mocking you. "I guess family traits are inherited. Your old man was a freak, and so are you!"
"Don't you DARE talk about my dad that way!" you growl.
"Or what?" Cardin asked, "He gonna murder me too?"

You grabbed him by the throat and began to vibrate your body, causing him to gag. "Feel that?" you ask him, "That's your organs shattering apart."
"P-please..." Cardin beggen, "S-s-stop."
"Talk about my father that way again," you tell him, "And, next time, it won't stop. Ever!"
You let him go and walk away to the cafeteria. You can replay that night in perfect detail.

*Flashback Brought To You By Child You Watching Future Zoom And Godspeed Fight Around Your Mother*

You hear something downstairs. Running down there, you see your mother, surrounded by golden and blue lightning. "MUM!" you yell.
"Y/N!" she warned you, "STAY AWAY!"
Your dad ran down and yelled, "CHRISTINE!" 
He then turned to you and said, "RUN, Y/N, RUN!"
Then, in an instant, you were out on the street, many miles away from your house. You began to run back.

*Timeskip To Present Day*

Looking down, you look at your ring. You'r snapped out of your flashback by your childhood friend, Yang Xiao Long. She hops next to you and asked, "Y/N? You okay?"
"Just thinking." you answer.
"About what happened?"she asked.
"I know it was fourteen years ago," you tell her, "But it still haunts me. Especially the Man in White. No one would believe me about that."
"I do." Yang siad, holding your hand.
You blushed, causing your hand to vibrate. You quickly withdrew your hand, hiding it. "W-what was that?" Yang asked.
"My semblance," you say, "It activates when I'm stressed, nervous, or excited..."
Unknown to you, a figure in the back, Cardin, looked down at his Speed Force ring. "Your time will come, Y/N L/N," he said, with an evil grin, "I will get back what I lost. You, and Harrison Wells, will help me. After all, both of you created Godspeed... Zoom!"
