Oh my god. She was fucking stunning. My open mouth and staring caused her to laugh and I quickly got out of my love ridden daze. "So you like it?" She asks nervously, tucking a loose strand of hair behind her ear. "Of course I do Betts" standing up to give her a well needed hug. God I loved her. The way her hair smelled of vanilla, all the way to her beautiful smile. What does she see in him?? Ok sure she's straight but and she'll never feel the same way but Archie is a piece of shit who doesnt- " I love you Betty." I suddenly blurt out. She loves her head from my chest and looks up at me. "I Love ya too Y/n" "No not like that Betts." I release myself from her grip to sit on her bed, my head in my hand. How can I be so fucking stupid?? Hot tears are running down my face as I look up to see My best friend in shock. I stand up, wiping tears from my face. "Maybe I should go." I turn to leave when I hear a small voice say "Wait." I turn around and there she is, with puffy eyes and perfect lips only inches from mine.
"I..I..love you too Y/n." I can't do this anymore. I grab her face, kissing her. Surprisingly, she grabs back tugging on my neck deepening the kiss. After a minute or so I pull away. Out of breath I huff out a quiet "I love You." "Still going on that date with Archie?" I chuckle. "Nah, I'd rather go on a date with someone wayy better" she says interlocking her fingers with mine. "And who would that be?", pulling her onto my lap and playing with her hair. "You. "
