Feels Like Forever

"Hannah wake up" her mother said. Hannah woke up and brushed her cherry red hair out of her eyes. She didn't want to get out of bed. Then she realized what day it was. She jumped out of bed and started getting ready. "Do you need anything sweetie?" her mother asked. "No thanks mom" she replied as her mother left the room. She took her time getting ready. She brushed through her long wavy hair and got dressed. After an hour, she had an Of Mice & Men tank top on, black cut offs, and black vans. She grabbed her keys and kissed her mother goodbye. "Be safe" "I will mom". She ran to her car and took off towards her best friend Shelby's house. She pulled in the drive and turned her car off. She ran up the steps and burst through the door. "SHELBYYYYYY" she yelled. Shelby was 18 and had her own house. Hannah was 18 as well, but hadn't found a house yet. Hannah was welcome to come anytime of day to visit. "ALMOST READY" Shelby shouted from the other side of the house. Hannah flopped down on the couch and waited impatiently. "I'm ready" Shelby said walking over to her. She and Hannah had matching outfits. They took the time to plan this day for weeks making sure it would be perfect. They raced out the door and got in the car. "I can't believe it's finally time for warped!" Shelby said excitedly. "Yeah. It feels like forever is finally here".
