What Now?

Mom

Raini's P.O.V

I called my mom back on the way there to pick a place to meet and I told her not to bring anyone. The drive way quiet but it wasn't awkward. It didn't really seem awkward with Damion any more.

When we finally got to the cafe my mom was meeting us at, as soon as she saw me she ran up and hugged me with a worried expression on her face.

"Is everything okay sweetie?" she looked at me as if trying to figure out if I was still alive.

"Yes mom! Everything is fine.... now." I reassured her to calm her down.

"I'm Damion by the way. It's nice to meet you"

"Ohhh how do you two know eack other?" my mom taunted as we sat down at a table.

"This is my date from last night... Mom I need to talk to you about dad."

"Sure sweetie!"

So I told her everything. From him drinking to hitting me y went and where my clothes actually went. I had told her I felt bad for homeless kids so I donated them but really one day I came home from school and my dad was in the back yard burning all my clothes with black on them in the fire pit. Trust me, he burned more than half my wardrobe.

"Oh", was her only response. I stared at her, hurt and scared. She looked at me blankly then burst into tears. "He had a drinking problem before you and your sister were born and he promised he stopped! I trusted him! I'm so stupid for believing it!" she was trying so hard to stop crying. I got up and hugged her and she stopped crying. I felt kinda bad, like I just tore the family apart. "Are you okay?"

"Mom... That's a question I should be asking you"

"I'm fine as long as he didn't hurt my babies" she reached across the table and held my hand and smiled weakly.

I smiled back hoping to cheer her up. "We're fine. Not seriously hurt physically, just some bruises and scars. We need to do something about it though. I haven't talked to anyone about dad but you two and and Sam." Damian seemed a bit uneasy when I mentioned Sam.

"Well Raini can stay with me for a while. I talked to my parents about it and their happy to help." Damian looked at my mom like he was asking for her blessing.

"That'd be great! I'm gonna get Emma from daycare and go somewhere until your father goes to work tonight."

"You can come to my house!" Damian is trying to help us as much as he can.

Damian"s P.O.V

After Raini's mom picked up Raini's sister, we all went to my house.

"Wow!" Emma screamed when we got inside.

"Emma shut up! You're fucking annoying!" Raini yelled at Emma being a typical big sister.

"At least don't kiss-" Raini slammed her hand over Emma's mouth and gave her the death glare. I wonder what that was all about?

"C'mon Damian let's go to your room." Raini took my hand and pulled me up the stairs.

"Wait! Is anyone else here?" Her mom shouted from the bottom of the stairs.

"No, my parents left for vacation this morning so it's just us and the staff" Raini closed the door quickly after I said that.

Raini's P.O.V

"So what kind of music you have?" I looked at Damian after closing the door. He pointed towards a huge bookcase of CDs. "Holy shit..."

"Choose away" he chuckled looking at me like he wanted to kiss me right then and there.

I chose "Set the World on Fire" by Black Veil Brides and layed down with Damian.

After about an hour of cuddling with Damian, my mom knocked on the door and scared the living shit out of both of us. Why do people say "living shit"! Poop does not live.

"Hey! Sorry to disturb you guys, whatever you were doing, but Emma is hungry and I don't know where your pans are" my mom said to Damian when he opened the door.

"TOM" Damian yelled down the hall for his cook.

"Sir?" Tom walked out with a smile.

"This is our head chef, Tom. He makes amazing anything" Damian smiled and closed the door after they went downstairs. He turned to me with a mischievous look on his face. He layed next to me and turned to face me.

" I really like you Raini"

"I've been told" I winked. He smiled and leaned in closer to me and pulled me in. His lips et mine and they just mixed perfectly together. He was such a great kisser. I can't tell if this felt better with him or Sam.

A/N

I'm back!!! So i had some problems with some people so I don't have my phone anymore but I now have a laptop! I thought you deserved a longer chapter than usual since it's been so long! Hope it's good!
