In which the characters, seemingly free from their issues before, only delve deeper into the madness, into the conspiracy that is Animus: and start their experience with dreams.

Those that escaped the Supernatural Zoo are all crammed inside Kali's spaceship, avoiding getting shot by the SPA. The hatch closed to her ship, and then they passed out.
The pirates have all fainted when the bomb went off. The 'zombies' were killed then.
Those in the Black Markets made it to relative safety, but all fainted together.
The people who were in the Lewis Arts Center managed to make it to a closed-off room in the basement, free from any danger.
They all will wake up in a dream--separate, but together.
And they will learn about their allies...
...and their enemies.

In which the characters, freed from Dreamscape's hold, wake up in the Arboria Institute: an empty, desolate place, with the doctor himself nowhere to be seen.
They will learn of the world, the plague, and the goal at-hand.

The characters were split into five groups (that became four):
THE ARBORIA INSTITUTE: While going over some reading 'homework', Kali and Emry fought. Willa offered to help Kali, who got frustrated. Dr. Arboria showed his displeasure with Kali, and stated that Willa was the most gifted Dreamscaper, even over Emry (though he said that Emry was very knowledgable). They were planning on entering someone's mind for information, but with the eruption of events left the trio to split off into different sections of the galaxy:
