Orchid seems happy. She has everything a Tibaksi Prime could want: friends, a Sparkmate, and a home. But all of that changes once Optimus brings Sentinel Prime back.
Something isn't right about the Prime.

I walked up to Sentinel Prime, my teacher, and took a silent breath in. "Sentinel, awaken," I said and shoved the Matrix into his spark-chamber. Sentinel awoke with a jolt and immediately attacked me. I heard men yelling and Orchid screamed. "Sentinel!" I grunted as I held his blades back from my neck-cables,"It is I, Optimus Prime!" Sentinel stopped and slowly started to calm down. "It is alright, Sentinel," I said calmly,"you are home." Sentinel got off me and looked around, his blue optics portraying confusion. "The war...the war!" he exclaimed. "The war was lost," I responded, getting up,"We have made a new home, here on Earth." Orchid walked up and looked curiously at Sentinel,"Are you usually like this?" Sentinel seemed taken back by her question,"Um...uh." Orchid kept looking at him intently. I knew she was upset he had attacked me, but this was no way to talk to my tutor. I gently grabbed her shoulder-plate and pulled her away from Sentinel, giving her a warning look. I noticed her servos were in tight fists, that giving away how angry she was in contrast to the calm she showed on the outside. "Optimus, is your sister here?" Sentinel asked. Aura popped up behind the elderly mech,"Boo!" Sentinel yelped and spun around to see Aura keeled over laughing. "As humorous as ever," he muttered. I allowed myself a small smirk. Then Sentinel went into worry mode. "The pillars! Where are the pillars?" "You saved five of them, including the control pillar," I said, hoping to calm him down again. "Only five?" Sentinel exclaimed,"We once had hundreds!" "Excuse me, gentlemen," Charlotte interrupted and I had a bad feeling this wasn't going to go well,"What pillars are we talking about here?" "They are a series of technology I designed," Sentinel explained,"It defies your laws of physics, having the ability to transport objects through time and space." "You're talking about a teleportation device aren't you?" Charlotte asked. "Yes, for supplies, for refugees," I explained quickly, practically seeing the gears turning in her tiny human helm. "Transport for weapons of mass destruction, maybe bombs," Charlotte countered,"I'll have to run it by security, do a little thing called paperwork that...separates us from the animals." "It is our technology," Sentinel growled,"We have the right to use it." "Yes, if humans say so," Charlotte shot back,"You can't just bring weapons of mass destruction into our atmosphere." "I will overlook your condensaning tone," Sentinel growled,"if you will heed the gravity of mine. The Decepticons must never know the pillars are here, if they did, it would mean the end of your race...forever." ****************************** After our 'pleasant' chat with Sentinel Prime and Charlotte, I was walking outside the base with Orchid. She and I spent as much time together as we could. "So, what do you think of Sentinel?" I asked after walking in silence for a few minutes. "Well, from what I saw, Kamicazii does not want to try her wake-up schedule with him," she replied with an absent smile. I laughed a little, but then stopped,"Tell me honestly, what do you think of him?" Orchid paused a moment and bit her lip. (She looks so cute when she does that) "To be honest, I don't find him that different from Ratchet and Wheeljack," she replied. "Ratchet?" "Yeah, they both invent things, and Sentinel seems pretty inclined to throw wrenches at Charlotte right now," Orchid giggled. I couldn't help but snicker at the thought of Sentinel Prime chasing Charlotte with an over-sized wrench in his servo like Ratchet when he was chasing Kamicazii after she woke him up in the morning. "Optimus!" somebody called. Orchid and I turned to see Sentinel calling us. We made our way towards the Prime and stopped before him. "Yes, Sentinel?" I asked, inclining my helm slightly in respect. "I wish you and this young femme to show me around," he said. "We'd be glad to," I said, feeling over-joyed that Sentinel was interested in Earth. We transformed and Sentinel followed me with Orchid bringing up the rear in her stunning vehicle mode. I knew exactly where to go first... ****************************** About an hour and a half later, we arrived in a flat plain where you could see the mountains. I had never come here with Orchid before, and I was excited to show her and my teacher the view. We transformed and Sentinel walked a couple feet ahead of me, taking in everything. Orchid stood beside me and her digits brushed mine,"It's beautiful." "So peaceful and majestic, this planet" Sentinel sighed sadly,"Unlike the final days of Cybertron." "I often have wondered," I said,"what might have been, if you had fought the final battle...instead of me." "Never mourn the past, young warrior," Sentinel said as Orchid went off to play with Larkspur,"Thanks to you, our race survives." I kneeled and took the Matrix of Leadership from my chest-plate,"You were our leader, Sentinel. It is your right to lead us again." I offered the relic to him. "In a world I do not know?" Sentinel said and refused the Matrix, giving it back to me,"I am no longer your teacher, Optimus, you...are mine." "Thank you, Sentinel," I said, putting the Matrix back in my chest-plate and rising. Sentinel looked at Orchid, who was chasing Larkspur, giggling happily. "Who is she?" he asked. "That is Orchid," I replied,"Our Tibaksi Prime." "I never knew Tibaksi could be so beautiful," Sentinel said softly, but I heard him. My servos started shaking as I fought to control them from punching Sentinel in the jaw and screaming,"She's mine!" I shook my helm violently. What the frag was wrong with me? Was it...jealousy? I forced a smile and managed to say,"Yes, yes they are." Sentinel looked at me,"Optimus, you are trembling." I forced myself to stand completely still. Sentinel looked at me for a while then barked a laugh,"Well it's about time!" I looked at him in confusion,"I-I beg your pardon?" Sentinel smiled and clapped me on the back-plate,"A Tibaksi for a Sparkmate. I never would've thought you had it in you, Optimus." I could feel my face-plates heating up, and covered them with a servo and sighed,"Please...for Primus' sake don't talk about it." Sentinel laughed again,"Don't worry, my warrior. Your secret is safe with me." He gave me one last thump on the back-plate and walked off, transforming and driving away. Orchid walked up to me, her cheeks flushed from chasing Larkspur, who was now perched happily on her shoulder-plate. "You know I heard everything right?" she said blandly. I nodded, still watching Sentinel driving away.
