Hazel's POV:

I woke up to the loud sounds of shouting. I really didn't want to get up but I felt a bit better after Brody looked after me. I tip toed slowly towards the shouting and hid behind a wall, when I noticed what was happening.

"You know what?! This is over. I'm done. I'm leaving this hell hole. You can suck it up with your girlfriend, Narissa and take it with her and you know what?! I'm taking the kids with me, they don't deserve to have a father like you."

I gasped, when I noticed what happened...I was about to walk and intterupt when arms grabbed me from behind, I shrieked. The person quickly placed their hands on my mouth shutting my words to just mumbles.

"shh...It's me, Brody." I heard his soft voice and I turned to hug him.

"Why...are they leaving?" I asked, as I felt tears go down my eyes.

"Why is mummy leaving?" I repeated softly.

"FINE. YOU GO AHEAD. IF THAT'S WHAT YOU WANT THEN FINE! I DON'T GIVE A DAMN ABOUT MY KIDS ANYWAYS! THEY WERE JUST A BOTHER TO ME." My daddy yelled. I cringed at the loud shouting and was brought into the warm arms of my brother. He craddled me softly and patted my head softly trying to calm me down. I started whimpering.

Brody's POV:

The relationship between my mother and father was always disconnected, I can't remember the last time...we were always smiling and having the time of our lives. I craddled my sister as her whimpering started to grow louder. Before we knew it, a door was opened and then shut. I carried my sister in my arms and glanced quickly to see who was there. I felt my heart break.

"Where's mummy and daddy?" Hazel replied as she glanced everywhere. I felt my heart tighten and the air I was breathing in was slowly choking me. They wouldn't leave us..both, right? Right...? My heart started growing even more faster and for the first time...I actually broke down. My walls that made me look strong, just crumbled to the floor. I placed Hazel down, she looked at me with worried eyes.

"Don't worry, Hazel. I'll be back." I replied as I got my coat and left the house. The cold breeze blew agaisnt my face and the comfort of what I had felt before was gone. Disappeared. I went to the garage and opened the door. I gawked and fell to my knees, both cars were gone. The only car that was seen was mine... My heart was beating even faster. I didn't know what to do. What was I suppose to do? Who was  I suppose to go to? The idea hit me but I didn't really like it. I had to see Mr. Johnson. I walked back inside the house and got Hazel.

"Where's the Maid?" I asked as I glanced at Hazel briefly as I made my way upstairs.

"She left..." Hazel whispered as she followed me. I turned around and looked Hazel in the eye.

"It's not over..okay?" I replied. I knew I couldn't lie to her about the truth, I was having doubts that this could actually be the end of our family. Hazel just simply nodded, her eyes were red from crying and her face was puffy also because of the whimpering. I got my bags and started packing.

"Hazel, we're going on a trip ....somewhere. Get your bags and pack your clothes." I replied as I placed my clothes into the bag. She still didn't move, "Hazel...please." I replied again. She decided to move and she went to her room.

I finished packing, I went towards Hazel...she was just sitting there and it seemed her packing was also finished. I picked her bag and mine. She followed after me as I went outside, I made sure to lock everything in the house and made my way to the car.

She stayed quiet throughtout the whole thing, I started driving and I couldn't help but feel that brokeness of the family.

Henry's POV:

I lay in bed and sketched some more things, Luke entered my room again and started playing some games. I really didn't get why, I had games in my room and not in Luke's. Luke had always said, it was best to play games when a person was there in the room..I still found it weird how he just randomly placed a ps4 in my room and plugged it to my TV. My dad in the other hand was still at school finishing some stuff. He rarely came home but today was different, he actually came home quite early.

"Luke." He called out. I waited for my name, but he never said my name. I just ignored it, I placed my book to the side. Luke got up and glanced at me, I just nodded my head in assurance he only could go. I sat down on the seat, Luke was sitting on and decided to play the game he was playing. I was so engrossed into the game that I didn't realise Luke was standing right behind me. I paused the game and gave the controller back to him, he grabbed it slowly.

"Your actually way better than me....that's kind of alarming. We could of been playing games together yet we didn't because all I thought was the fact you didn't like games." Luke replied as he continued to play the game.

"Well, it's more of logic...ain't it?" I replied as I sat back to my bed. Luke just chuckled, "I guess."

A sudden knock came to my door, both me and Luke glanced at each other.

"Who is it?" I asked as I layed on my bed continuing to read.

"Brody...." The person whispered. I got up from my bed and slammed the door open.

"How the hell and what the hell are you doing in my freaken house?" I yelled as I felt myself burn rapidly. Luke started clapping, "I taught you well and, why are you here Brody?" Luke asked. His game was paused yet he was still holding his controller. I felt my height kind of dominating Brody's . I was taller than him by two inches and it kind of made me feel good about myself. I smirked.

"I'm staying here for the time being." He replied as he glanced to the floor. I felt my jaw drop.

What the hell just happened?
