Chapter 2

Second chapter of my second book. Now read and maybe make some popcorn cuz its yummy or mayb some nutella but not on a spoon, you might scare Liam. Or have some ice cream. I'm eating ice cream now and it's very yummy hehe. Now read and of course ENJOY!!~with lots of love :)

I was thinking. I was trying to get Dylan out of my mind. I was majorly involved in the USEF show jumping circuit. My dad was pretty much the big director. He had told me the most exciting news earlier. He told me that at finals next week, One Direction was going to play in the closing ceremony. I was so excited! I was so happy, and then I went out to do morning chores and my mood plummeted.

I was currently sitting in my living room and Kylie was making her specialty, mac & cheese. Kylie came in with 2 bowls.

"Did you pick a movie yet?", Kylie asked.

"Whoops"

"Uh oh, were you thinking again, weren't you? Are you okay, sweetie?", she asked giving me a concerned hug. She had never lost a horse of her own but she loved Dylan too.

"Yeah, I was actually thinking about One Direction though."

"Oh yeah. How exciting!!" she squealed.

We continued talking about One Direction and eating our mac & cheese. My favorite member was Niall and hers was Harry. When we finished our mac & cheese, she was stuffed, but I definitely was not. I ran to the fridge and grabbed chips, carrots and dip, and some sherbert. I then looked at the time on the microwave, 10:34. Holy crap! Time flies when your talking about One Direction.

I ran to my room and slipped out of my riding clothes. I pulled on my One Direction t-shirt and some sleep shorts over my petite figure. When I got back to the living room I sat down in the bean bag chair and started to dig into the food I brought with me. Kylie had picked out a movie, This Means War. My favorite, I love romantic comedys.

After 2 hours of laughing my head off, I had finished my food, and Kylie falling asleep in the middle of the movie, it was almost 1 in the morning. That did not stop me from texting my other barn best friend Megan. She hardly ever sleeps. Not insomnia or anything she just doesn't. Of course I got a response almost immediately.

From Megan:

heyyy gurlie whats goin on?

To Megan:

something i need to tell you. kylies ovr, sleeping of course, wanna join

From Megan:

haha take a guess. be there in 5

At 1 in the morning, Megan drove over to my house. I mean, she only lived 5 minutes away. She practically lived over my house too. She rode, but did not own a horse herself. She usually rode Thunder, one of my dad's yearlings. She trained Thunder and couple others in the main barn as a side job. But her and my dad had made a deal, when Thunder was fully trained as a barrel racer, he would be Megan's and move into my barn.

When she arrived we went straight to the fridge. I eat continuously so my stomach had earned the names of bottomless pit and my internal furnace, and she had not eaten dinner. We sat down and popped in another movie, careful not to wake a sleeping Kylie. This time we watched Paranormal Activity 3. I personally did not think it was that scary, but Megan was terrified. I laughed at her and ate my cold leftover pizza. Megan finally fell asleep and at about 2:30 so did I.
