I found the official Avengers 4 page on Facebook. Went through the posts and saw this:

It states that Loki is right handed, however everytime he's done his illusions of himself, he uses his left hand. When Loki attacked Thanos, he was holding the knife in his left hand. Tom Hiddleston did state that to the extent of his knowledge and what he was told, Loki is dead, but who knows the truth.
(I still believe he's dead. I think people are just grabbing at straws now)
