"Am I seeing this footage right?" A scrawny man with dark eyes.. a rather somber expression and floppy blonde hair, dressed in a suit that looked a bit too big for him.. stared at security footage of the Class 1 A attendance roll call. "Did.. that truly just happen?"
"Yes.." said what appeared to be a talking mouse, around 3 feet tall, wearing a neat little suit.. strolling forward, sipping a cup of tea. "It would appear Narina Yukata.. is no longer Quirkless.."
"This is absurd.." stammered the scrawny man. "We.. we would've noticed.. especially given a power so... incredible.. and unusual.."
The mouse nodded. "Yes.. if I had to put it mildly.. Narina's only shown around 4 percent of her normal combative abilities to the students so far.. I've done some calculating.. and her amazing powers are less human than any quirk we've ever seen.."
"But how is this possible?" the man said. "I talked to Narina Yukata the other day.. she was as tired and feeble in health as ever.. as usual, the only reason she was able to pass the Hero licensing exam was due to her swift intellect.. and ability to assess a situation better than a detective.. "
"Yes.. she was the only example of Quirkless people ever being able to reasonably become heroes.. it's why she's famous in UA.. but not in the public at large.. " said the mouse casually as he sipped some more tea.. while her brilliance earned her a hero license.. unfortunately her inability to show off a quirk at the annual sports festival and such made sure she was unable to ever secure a job at a hero agency.."
"Hmmmm.. if she had a quirk like this all along.. surely we would notice." muttered the scrawny man. "Do you think it is in any way like One For All? Could somebody.. have had a quirk that could..?"
"No.. I'm afraid it's not at all like that.."
Suddenly the door to the control room opened, and in walked a tall man in a black suit, wearing what appeared to be a large brain shaped helmet that covered his face.
"Pro Hero... Mind Wipe.." said the mouse. "I wasn't expecting you here till tuesday."
"I'm not much of the teaching type.. so I didn't accept your offer to teach my apologies." said Mind Wipe. "That's not what I came here in person to do though.. "
"Yes, you could've just called with your refusal.." said the mouse. "Please tell me.. why are you here for real?"
"I'm here because I noticed that tutor of yours.. the supposed girl who graduated from UA at such a young age.. due to being able to find ways to fight without a quirk.. however.. I found NO official records at all of her existence.."
Mind Wipe brought out a few files. "In addition I have been studying the UA records on her.. and they have all been falsified.. as far as I have found.. Narina Yukata didn't exist until today."
"What!?" said the scrawny man.
"Narina Yukata.. it appears that the memories you have of her were compiled into your minds falsely, using a Quirk similar to mine.. a Telepathic manipulation quirk.. "
"Is she a villain trying to infiltrate us?" asked the mouse.
"No Principle.. I believe she is just as innocent as you and me.. I searched her mind.. and she is in fact quite confused. She is not from this world.."
"Not from this world? An alien?" said the mouse.
"No.. she's rather from a parallel version of this Earth.. one which also possesses it's own heroes and villains, but one that is also extremely different. " said Mind Wipe. "She is also exceptionally famous there.. a real hero.. you'd be impressed... All Might.."
