Back in a dark parts of town, there was a certain bar that stood out in Tokyo as rarely ever having any customers at all..

In said bar.. the bar tender was a very odd looking man indeed. he wore neat clothing, that of a gentleman, with a gray vest, white shirt, tie, and black pants.. however his hands were made of dark swirling energy, as was his head, which swirled out of a metal structure.. the only features of his face visible in the shadowy vortex were his glowing mishappen yellow eyes.

His appearance was like that of a gentlemanly phantom you could say.

Sitting at the bar, was his partner and his leader..  a young man who was only in his early 20s.. his  heavily scarred and unhealthy wrinkled face was covered by a hand with a metal implant at the nub where the wrist used to be.. his eye peeking through the gap between the thumb and finger next to it like a makeshift mask.

His name was Tomura Shigaraki, leader of the League of Villains.  Unstable.. childlike.. a boy who wanted nothing more than to wreck everything and break it to pieces..  to kill All Might, the symbol of peace..  his frustration was clearly voiced when he began scratching himself repeatedly.. a trait that had resulted in the heavy scarring he had.  His ability was the power to decay anything he touched to dust..

His partner.. the shadowy gentleman, was named Kurogiri, an individual capable of turning his energy body into warp gates, which was very useful for any means of travelling.

"Damn it.." Tomura muttered as he scratched himself angrily, his eye peering up at the television that was on in the bar.

"All that's on anyone's mind now is where this mysterious hero, Shock Therapy, came from." the reporter was saying. "In one fell swoop she has proven her self to be extremely powerful, and not only that, but started a viral trend even bigger than Hero Killer Stain's own video."

"WE HAVE SHOCK THERAPY FEVER!!" screamed an exuberant fan who was wearing a baseball cap with a chibi version of Narina's face on it.. showing off a shirt that said "I've been committed, get me some Shock Therapy please."

"And further more, at Hero Con, panelists were already asked in the Hero Suit Design agencies on whether Shock Therapy products were ever scheduled to hit shelves. As you know the Design Agencies not only create the suits of heroes, but own their marketing rights and the right to use their names in products.

"As we have never created a suit  for Shock Therapy, we cannot speak to whether we have ever made any products of the sort.. most of the products you see on the shelves now are third party self made companies doing fan work." said a man on interview.

"Nevertheless, the popularity of Shock Therapy in Japan is growing to an all time high." said the reporter

"Narina-chan is the greatest!!" cried out a girl cosplayer at Hero Con in what apparently was recorded footage, dressed up in a makeshift prism dragon costume.  "She's oh so pretty and brave at the same time! And her nerdy personality is the best!"

"Turn it off.." growled Tomura. "I'm getting sick just watching this.."

Kurogiri shut the tv off. "In any case.. The Villains who've been requesting to join us after the Hero Killer Stain incident.. the villains themselves haven't been given an answer on their requests to join...  I think we should take advantage of this at the very least.."

"don't bother.." said Tomura.  "i ain't dealing with those stupid idiots.."

"Tomura! We need them." said Kurogiri. "After our first attack on U.A.. our numbers are drastically slim.. and our numbers of Nomus manufactured are not enough either.. "
