2 class periods later the bell rang and the day was over. I waited for Hunter by the front door of the school. "Hey there beautiful." Hunter said coming up beside me. He wrapped an arm around my waist. We rode a bus towards Hunter's house. We walked up to the house. He opened the door and Julie ran towards the door running straight into my legs.
"Untew!" She yelled.
"Hey princess."
"Up." She said to me. I laughed as Hunter looked hurt and I picked her up. Hunter grabbed my hand and pulled me into the house. "I'm gonna grab some cash, a credit card, and a car. Actually, princess can you show Caroline the garage please?"
"Otay!" She said almost jumping out of my arms. I set her down and followed her to the garage. She opened the door and I turned the light on. There were 3 rows of cars, mostly sports cars but wow.
I was looking at a black camaro, when Hunter said, "you like that one?"
"Personally I like your truck better but I guess this is nice too."
"I thought you would like that one." He said pointing at the purple mustang. I rolled my eyes and kept looking through the garage. There was a jeep in the back, that caught my eye. I walked over to it.
"What about this one?"
"The jeep?"
"Yeah."
"I don't think it runs."
"Do you have the keys?" Hunter grabbed them off the rack and tossed them at me. I tried to start it but it wouldn't. I opened the hood and checked the oil and transmission.
"Do you have any oil and transmission fluid?" I said sliding out of the hood.
"Probably over there." He said pointing behind the jeep. I found the bottles and fixed the problem in the jeep. While I was replacing the oil, there was a flash behind me. I slid out from under the hood and turned up face Hunter. I put my hands on my hips, sassily. "Did you just take a picture of my butt?"
"Maybe."
"Hunter!" I groaned and went back to the jeep. I tried to start it again and this time it worked.
"When did you learn how to fix cars?"
"I always liked cars and how they worked."
"Hmm.. That's hot." Hunter said biting his bottom lip. I walked up to him and wiped my hands on his face. "Ah! Caroline!"
I laughed, "what?"
"What was that for?!?"
"I don't know." I laughed.
"You're so mean." He said grabbing my waist.
"Oh yeah. Totally." I rolled my eyes. Hunter looked me in the eyes then down at my lips. I bit my lower lip. Hunter leaned in and kissed me.
"Eww!" Julie screamed. Hunter pulled away and rolled his eyes.
"Come here." I said gesturing for Julie to come to me. I picked her up and walked towards the door leaving Hunter staring after us.
