Thought I'd escape my nightmare

When I meet you in my despair

Shadow was following me all around

Pulling me back in a place I don't belong

Thought everything could be clear

When you and I end up everything in fair

As darkness rule over our hearts

exchanging hurtful words as a form of attack

No matter how I've tried to hide

This emptiness I have inside

Your thoughts keep on bothering me

even If I've set you free truly

I wanted to overcome the decision I made

All our past, our memory I choose leave

This things I need to take off out of me

To walk through this path light and easy

but no matter how far I go through

I just keep coming back to you

even if I wanted somebody new

I just can't find someone like you

Now that you're totally gone

I'm surrendering everything in God's plan

Pain me test me everyday and night

I'm letting His will be done in my life

somehow, somewhere I can find

A person whom I can stand

Letting our shadow be dissapear

when darkness cover our fears

that may God be our everything

to God be the glory
