Changbin sat at the lunch table, surrounded by Korean transfer students. Changbin thought he'd feel more comfortable and at ease but now...he feels even more awkward.

"So you turned me down but when Mark asks you're like 'oh yeah lets do it!'," Jaehyun scoffed and folded his arms over his chest.

Changbin smirked and shrugged, "he was more charming," he teased.

Jaehyun's mouth dropped in shock and looked to the boy sitting next to him, "did you hear that?"

"I did hear that," He laughed. The boy wore a backwards hat and had quite an intimidating aura.

"Um well..." Mark started, "this is Changbin," he said and gestured to him.

There were five of them in total sitting at the table. Two of which Changbin didn't know the names of.

"Nice to meet you Changbin, I'm Taeyong," the backwards hat guy said, reaching his hand across the table to shake Changbin's.

Changbin shook his hand, taken aback by this Taeyong's grip. After their handshake Taeyong rested his arm around Jaehyun's shoulders.

The fifth guy just nodded and said, "I'm Johnny."

After this, Mark bursted into a fit of giggles and begun to mock him. No one laughed with him and only remained silent staring at the poor boy.

"Mark. It isn't funny," Donghyuck said interrupting the laughing fit he fell into.

Mark muttered an apology and then the five of them engaged into a conversation. Changbin didn't join, feeling slightly awkward around them. He had pulled out his phone and looked down at his current lockscreen.

It was a picture of Felix that Changbin took without his knowledge. He was smiling and pointing at something that wasn't in the picture. Changbin couldn't remember exactly what he was pointing at seeing he was too focused on Felix in that moment.

Changbin missed him. His heart yearned to see him again, and not just over video calls. He wants to hold his hand and give him long hugs. Changbin had no idea how long this year was going to feel without Felix by his side.

"Who's that?"

Changbin's ear perked at the sound of someone's voice breaking him from his current thoughts. He looked to his side to come face to face with a nosey Donghyuck. Changbin flinched away in shock seeing his face was extremely close to his own.

"It's no one," He said and shut off his phone, sticking it in his pocket. He looked up and saw everyone staring at him.

"He obviously was someone seeing it's your lock screen," Donghyuck mumbled with an eyeroll.

"Also you were smiling creepily at your phone," the Johnny guy pointed out with a risen eyebrow.

Changbin glared and said again, "he is no one."

"Girlfriend?" Taeyong asked.

"It wasn't a girl," Donghyuck smirked and wiggled his eyebrows at Taeyong.

Changbin looked down to his lap and didn't answer. Mostly because he didn't want them to hate him or worse, spread rumours. If those guys who kept trying to fight him new he was in love with a boy...that would only make his life worse.
