NATASHA and steve continued looking at the hologram, still getting data on how many people have vanished ever since thanos' snap. Steve sighed and Rhodey then came in with news.
'fury's thing stopped beepin. it's no longer sending any signal.' he says to the two. Bruce then says 'yeah it's blacked out.'
'I thought me bypassed the battery' Steve says, his arms still crossed and his face filled with confusion.
'Well we did. It's still plugged in, just stopped.' Rhodey replies.
'Well then reboot it and send the signal again' cap says 'The message was obviously important to fury, tell me the second you get it to work again. And I want to know who's on the other end of that thing' Natasha cuts in.
Bruce nods his head and Natasha turns on her heel to leave but then stops when she sees a woman standing infront of her with messy blonde hair up to her shoulders, and a some sort of red and blue uniform with a star at her chest that looked exactly like the symbol from fury's device.
'Where's fury?' The woman growled.
Natasha looked at Steve and he stepped forward.
'He's- Hes not here. He's gone.' steve replies
the woman gave him a weird look and tilted her head. 'What do you mean, gone?' she asked
'As in, dust.' steve replied.
'You don't know the story at all, do you?' Natasha cut in.
The woman simply shook her head and Natasha sighed. 'Alright, lets go sit down, I have a long story to explain.'

Natasha and the mysterious woman sat down at a table. Steve, Rhodey, And Bruce all stood up looking at the two women.
'ok I just want to ask first, who exactly are you?' Natasha asked.
'I'm carol. Carol Danvers.' carol replied.
Natasha glanced up at the men and looked back to carol.
'And who are you guys?' She asked.
'I'm Natasha, that's steve, Bruce, Rhodey. We have more in the other rooms but they..they still need time.' Natasha sighed.
'And we're called the avengers. Or, used to anyway.' Steve added.
Carols eyes widened and she was in shock. She remembered herself being called an avenger in her past life.
'Avengers huh?' Carol smirked.
'Was this whole avenger thing fury's idea?'
'Y-Yeah, how do you know?' Natasha asked.
'Oh, just guessin.' Carol replied, crossing her arms.
'Alright, I need to explain this thing now.' Natasha said.
'There's a man, or alien should I say, called thanos. He wanted to gather all the infinity stones, get them onto his gauntlet, and with a snap of his fingers, he would be able to wipe out half of the universe. And that's exactly what he did. Thanos wiped out, half the universe. Including fury, including the rest of the avengers, our friends. And now, we have to find a way to- to reset it, to get everyone back.' Natasha explained.
Carols eyebrows furrowed and she sighed.
'Well then, I'll help you guys. But, can I meet the rest of your team?'
