Mom: *suddenly out of nowhere asks:* Can you clean your room?
Me: Uhhhm sure...
*gets up while holding my phone to watch Run episode*
Mom: That doesnt mean watch those Chinese guys while cleaning!
Me: MOM! THEY AREN'T CHINESE, FOR THE LAST TIME! (Mutters: I swear one of these days...)
Mom: Doesnt matter, clean your room.
Me: Fine... *waits until she leaves to continue watching*
My Dad:
*Sees my computer background*
Dad: Why do you have a picture of Asian girls as your background?
Me: Dad, they clearly are boys. Their hair is short, their build is different, they look like guys compared to Asian girls and YOU KNOW WHO THESE GUYS ARE FOR PETE'S SAKE!
Dad: Yeah your kpop group, BST or whatever. And girls have short hair too.
Me: *is trying to stay calm* Dad... they are a group of Korean men, and Asian people, especially guys, happen to look younger and a little feminine. That doesnt mean they are women.
(My mind: DO YOU SEE ANY BOOBS ON THEM? .....NO~!)
Dad: Alright chill. Go do your Homework.
*whispers* They look like girls.
Me: *Icily ignores him while trying to walk to my chair to work.* Sigh...
My Younger Sister:
*Sees a pic of BTS*
Sis: Omgeeeeeee! Look at how cute! They are my babies!!! *cutely trys to kiss screen*
Me: I love you. I have taught you well.
My Little Brother:
*Sees me with headphones in*
Bro: Are you listening to Kpop?
*attempts to sing Don't Wanna Cry by Seventeen*
Me: You little cutie... 😘 Yes I am. And it's ulgo sipji anha, buddy.
Bro: Oh! Umo sipji anha?
*gives me a cheeky grin*
Me: Close enough...
Bro: Okay! *runs off*
My Dog:
Her: ... *chases me around as I dance to Baepsae*
Her: *is probably thinking I'm crazy or something*
