~ I Wanna Know by NOTD ft. Bea Miller

~ELLIANA'S POV

As much as I loved spending time with May and Peter, they just weren't my mom. As I wiped the tear from my cheek, I had noticed that my mom forgot her phone. Of course the only reason she would need it really is to contact me, so not really all that important right...

I went outside to see if I could still catch my mom, but she had already left. As I turn to walk back to the main entrance, this creepy guy comes out from the shadows; he begins to catcall me. I ran to the corner as a last effort in trying to reach my mom, but he followed me.

He got up to follow me, "C'mon girl, don't be like that. I'm just trying to show you a good time." He grabbed my wrist, I tried pulling away but his grip was so harsh.

I'm not even close to my apartment and the chances of him letting me go was slim, I started to panic.

"Please, just let me go..."

~PETER'S POV

"Well that mission blew," I said to myself as I sat on a building.

I had to ditch my friends for a job that wasn't even a job. Grand theft bicycle and a lost old Dominican lady... that bought me a churro, way to go Peter. I sit on top of this building a lot, normally to think. Well, not a lot... but recently. I just like to look around in case someone needs me. Since it's later in the day, and the sun is down, more things tend to happen... but it's also really pretty.

As I was looking at all the different colored lights, I hear some voices. One of them, a man, was hostile. The other voice is a girl, an all too familiar girl. I would know that voice anywhere, and as soon as I saw her, I immediately put my mask back on. From the tone of her voice, I knew she was in a troubling situation.

I swiftly swooped through the street, landing behind the man, "Hey! Leave the lady alone, she obviously doesn't want to talk to you."

"Little girl, Halloween isn't for a while. Besides, what are you going to do?" He prompted.

I was offended by what he called me, but I couldn't let that get to me. Elli could not know who I am, I had to mask my voice. I clear my throat and try to make my voice go as deep as it can.

"I was hoping you'd just leave, but I guess I'll have to do something about you." I webbed his hand and brought him closer to me. He went to punch me but before he could, I webbed his ankles causing him to topple over. To make sure he didn't get up, I webbed him to the ground.

"Hey! Get me out of this!" He called, before he could say another word I webbed his mouth so he couldn't talk. I turned around to see Elliana shocked, I wanted to look more masculine so I puffed out my chest.

"Well there-" I deepened my voice, "Well, there you are miss."

"Thank you..." she chuckled.

I turned and shot my web to leave, but as I grabbed it, she caught my attention. "Wait!" She yelled. I slowly turned around, worried that she knew it was me.

"Who are you?" She asked. I let out a big sigh I didn't know I was holding, I never thought about a name.

"Well, I'm just your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man! I'm here to help, stay safe!" I said in my deep voice and swooped away before she could ask anymore questions.

I had to get back to my room as soon as possible! I knew she would come by to tell me about all of this. I landed on the fire escape and turned back to look for her, but she was gone.
