These games were the latest thing in the fall of the late 2017, I was excited about the return of Sonic The Hedgehog and the crossover of two companies.
The games look cool to play and have very good villains like Infinite who I use as Cinos' main rival in the Spin-off series and Ultron Sigma, a very good villain who deserves to be returned.
So I decided to make a connect that the Phantom Ruby and Infinity Stones due to them being similar of manipulation of the world and being strange supernatural/extraterrestrial gems use by many villains.
Another reason is the reference of the crossover of Sonic and Mega Man, and the Death Battle of Eggman vs. Wily and Metal Sonic vs. Zero. Eggman using his robot engineering skills to rebuild Ultron and Sigma, the rivalry between Metal and Zero, and references that a team up with a Mega Man villain but like most in the Sonic series they betray him.
