"I can smell her...everywhere..." the little black girl said.

I looked over at Orion and he looked over at me. What the fuck was this? I had seen a lot of weird shit in college but this was something completely different. Was this a fucking ghost right here in the flesh? My heart started beating faster. Here I was the idiot trying to play the Captain Save-A-Hoe and I end up in the midst of this. All over a boy...that belonged to someone else.

"Whose her?" Orion asked her.

I wasn't sure what was weirder. Was it weird that the little black girl was talking or that Orion was talking back to her. Orion was sweating when she took a few steps forward.

Her presence was haunting...it was almost too much.

The closer she got the more pressure I felt on my body. I could feel this sharp pain in my head as the little black girl got closer and closer. The wind was beating hard outside. It was like this whole goddam resort just went straight to hell. I put my hand on my head and that was when I noticed a gushing from my nose. Blood was everywhere.

"Fuck I'm bleeding," I said.

The pressure was hard. Fuck! What the FUCK was this thing? It was almost like she was in my mind.

"You don't have to do this," Orion said to the ghost.

He was talking to this ghost almost like it was some sort of person.

"Yes I do...they want you gone. Don't worry though...it'll be quick. My pets are poisonous. Do you want to see my pets?"
Snakes.

They started coming from no where. They started hissing and making there way through the vents. They came from the ceilings. They came from everywhere. I could feel the pain all around me.

I jumped hard as I felt a snake land on my shoulder from the ceiling.

I panicked a little bit and threw it to the floor.

"Get behind me," Orion said, "Get Jakoby!"

The snakes were everywhere. I'd never seen so many. They began crawling from the entrance mainly. They were slithering all over each other. Who knew the sisters could bring something like this to life? This was like one of my worst fears by far.

I looked over at Jakoby. I quickly grabbed his stiff body and dragged him into a corner of the altar. Orion climbed the altar behind me.

His back was turned to me.

He was who she wanted. If I pushed him down now off the altar he would land into the snakes. She would go away. All I had to do was lean forward. I could feel my arm coming up. One hard push and he'd go flying into the sea of snakes.

"I'll protect you Genesis," he said, "Don't worry..."

Protect me?

I was confused and I brought my hand down. Why the FUCK would Orion be saying that he was going to protect me? I got confused at that moment and watched as Orion picked up two candle sticks. He seemed to be trying to shoo the snakes away with the little bit of flame that was on the end of the candle sticks. It was a futile thing to do.

"You don't have to do this!" Genesis told the little black girl.

"The girls want you gone," she said, "You should have listened."

"Whatever they offered you doesn't matter. I can sacrifice to you as well. Name your price. Call off your snakes."

Offer. I wondered what it was that the three Graces had offered her. For some reason though Orion seemed to talk the language of the spirit. It was almost like he was bartering or some shit. He was trying to CUT a deal with the little black girl.
