DAISY Robinson was never considered diffrent in her hometown. Just like everyone else she was taught to except and embrace her differences. Everyone else also received rude stares and questioning mumbles from strangers, but Daisy hated that and could never ignore like the others would.

The girl's parents died when she was young so her aunt , Terry took care of her. As Daisy got older she grew bored of the cleaning and baking life style. So as of result from whining all day she made a promise with Terry.

"Terryy ! This is going to be the end of my existence if I dont get out this dull town !" The 9 year old shouted as she washed the dishes. "What do you suppose I can do?" Terry asked the frustrated child. The girl stayed silent for a while till she had a sudden outburst. "When I turn 13 you'll let me move to Italy by myself to explore !" Terry was in shock not expecting that answer or a answer at all for that matter. "Absolutely not!" Of course that leaded to a tantrum from Daisy. Aunt Terry sighed "How about Avonlea? It has the grass and the body of water you long to see. It's near by and maybe if you stop complaining so often about your chores I'll get us a permanent home." The young girl was ecstatic about this. "Yes! Yes of course."

"Doesnt the breeze feel extraordinary? It's so refreshing." Anne said as Diana and her walked by the old house that's been lonely and abandoned for a while now just begging for some for of life. "Look the for sale sign has been taken down." Diana pointed out. "I wonder if we'll have a new student?" Diana questioned. Anne and Diana kept walking an continued they're conversation.

Gilbert was walking home from the farming shop when he also took note that the sign was no longer there. He kept walking as he thought about having new neighbors.

Daisy is now 13 and like promised is getting ready to move to Avonlea. Terry explained that she has to stay with Daisy, but would still have to go work at her old job every week day. She also explained that Daisy needed to help pay for the home. Daisy excepted this as her brown eyes continued to look out the window as she watched her old town disappear.

When they arrived at the house Terry and Daisy sighed in relief. Daisy had a huge grin on her face. Terry went inside to pit down her luggage. Daisy stayed behind as she let her dark brown hair down from its bun , letting the messy waves of her hair flow in the wind. She giggled as she spun around. Oh how she already loved it here. She did this for a while taking in Avonlea with every breath. Her new home.

"I get you're connecting with mother nature , but if you dont come inside right this moment and unpack! So help me , child!" Terry shouted from the window of the house. Daisy snapped out of it and ran to the house as she started to unpack as told to.

It got later and later and they only had one couch and a small bed. Daisy obviously taking the couch. "Tomorrow is Sunday and you know that means Church day. As soon as we get back we'll clean this place up more and continue to unpack. " Aunt Terry held the candlelight as she walked over and kissed Daisy's forehead. "I love you angel." As she walked away a soft "I love you too. Thank you so very much for taking me here."

It was lights out, but a bunch of thoughts flooded my mind as I imagine what my life will be like here. 'Were the people here gonna be sweet and accepting or cruel and problematic? How am I in such a beautiful place? Woah I'm 13 and I'm in Avonlea! Are the boys attractive - irrelevant. I start school on Wednesday woah.' I finally got too tired to think straight and I headed off to sleep.
