•Joel's POV• Today Ica, Xitlalic, Erick, and I are going to Rose's party today. We could easily not go but, I'm afraid Rose and Mateo will do something to Angelica. She's my little sister I have to take care of her especially since we're going to start traveling again she's my responsibility.
I check the time on my phone 8:30pm we have to start going
"Guys! We have to go now" I yell as I hear I door open. It's just Erick.

About ten minutes later Ica and Xitlalic walk out. I gave her a weird look asking why they took so long so she pointed at xitlalic. We leave the house and got into the car. Xitlalic and I sit in the front, Erick and Ica sit in the back.
Erick and Ica were in their own little world of watching videos on ericks phone so I took the advantage of asking Xitlalic why they took so long.
"Hey quick question why did it take you guys so long to get ready?"
"Angie and I were coming up with a plan in case something happens which I have a feeling that something will."
"You brought your bat didn't you?" I laughed a little. She loves to joke around about bringing a bat everywhere but I could never tell if she was serious or not.
"No I left it at home, well I didn't leave it my dad just took it from me"
•Erick's POV•
"No I left it at home, well I didn't leave it my dad just took it from me" Xitlalic says. Geez she could never leave the bat out of the conversation.
I knew what they were talking about though. Mateo and Rose had a plan to drug Angélica and I so they could get what they want from us. Angélica told since she didn't want to feel bad or feel like it was her fault.
She's already cut and I don't want her to feel like anything is her fault. Speaking of cutting she hasn't done it at all recently, she still has some scars from before but they're almost gone anyway but she's still careful when she wears short sleeves like right now.
We arrive to Rose's house. Xitlalic said we should leave our phones in the car in case someone had the idea of taking them. There was a hidden compartment in the car so we put our phones in there.
