days passed by. which happened to he exactly one week. during that week, namjoon has been studying with the principal so he could become the new one soon. he hasn't found time with jimin ever since the moment they shared at the tree he brought him to.

it was almost mid-may when the trees started blooming even beautifully than before. that day was a rainy one and his father left on another business trip. this time he was going farther away so he would be gone for five days top. namjoon was offered to go, but he declined it because he had too much paperwork to finish.

that evening around six o'clock, the rain started to go down harder. namjoons eyes went from his paper to outside his window. there, in the yard, was jimin laying down on the ground. his eyes widened as he saw the young boy laying there and letting the rain pour down onto him.

he shook his head and stood up, grabbing his jacket. he started heading for downstairs when he bumped into jinsoo. he bowed an apology and went to move along. but the maid grabbed his arm and held him back.

"jimin loves the rain," she smiled, "he never catches a cold which is amazing. but this time he's been out there for two hours. make sure he doesn't get sick. i'll be leaving now."

"that was the plan," he huffs out. he smiled at jinsoo and started heading for the backyard. when he opened the glass door the rain became louder. he hesitated to run out, so instead he screamed the name. "jimin!" when he received no response he groaned and took off his socks to run outside.

he goes over to jimin and picks up his torso. his eyes were closed which meant he fell asleep. namjoon scoffed at the idiotic boy falling asleep during a rainstorm. namjoon picked jimin up and held him in a bridal style. jimin smirked as namjoon started making his way to the house. the younger boy forced himself out of namjoons arms.

"wh—"

"play with me!" he smiled and ran around. the rain was hitting his skin beautifully. it brought out his long lashes and bitten up lips. his giggle was heard over the pouring rain.

"we'll catch a cold." namjoon looked down at his now drenched coat. he had the image in his head that he was gonna see jimin in his giant coat. now that jimin played a trick on him that image was long gone.

"you're such an old man," jimin giggled again. namjoon would walk inside and forget about the person, but since it was jimin he sighed. "yay!"

jimin grabbed his hands and pulled him more into the middle of their small garden. jimin reached his arms up to the sky and looked up. "the rain is so beautiful today!" his eyes squint as the rain falls down near them. the dark clouds were scattered everywhere, and jimin admired them.

namjoon smiled, rain drop slowly falling down his cheek. he smiled down and looked back up. his dimple became more prominent as he stared at the younger boy that stood at his shoulders. his eyes squeezed shut for a short second as a soft chuckle escaped his lips.

"i can think of something more beautiful," he smiled at jimin. the younger didn't catch what he said. which was alright to namjoon. standing there while looking at jimin, he wasn't sure if he was trapped under a spell or if he was truly enticed by jimin from the first time he's laid eyes on him.

"joonie," jimin mumbled as he walked up to the elder. he stepped onto namjoons bare feet with his own. he wrapped his arms around namjoons neck. "i've always wanted to do this," he chuckled softly.

"d-do what?" he stuttered, looking down at jimin. he leaned his head back and gave an illusion that jimins lips were bigger than they already are. his eyes looked up at his as they shut. he leaned more up and connected their lips softly. namjoon widened his eyes.

"i've never had my first kiss yet," jimin leans back from fooling namjoon. he blushed as he backed away from namjoon who seemed to be flustered. jimin walked around him and sat at the tree he brought them to. "have you, joonie?"

snapping back into reality, he brought his hands up to behind his neck to bring him closer. something in him knew it was wrong to kiss a seventeen year old with passion. but something in him felt right. it felt right to feel jimin's hands raise and tug at his hair.

that was until he opened his eyes to see someone standing under a black umbrella with anger in their eyes.
