Opening his eyes the first thing he saw was white- everything was white. Heaven? thoughts ran through his mind. Maybe? He tried to move his body- head, hands, eyes, legs- wait Why can't I feel my legs? Anxiety took over when he realized it was hospital and he was attached to beeping machine- wired, barely concious. He feel the pain creeping his body. He was numb completely. Great he thought my mind was numb anyway, what difference does this made?
A figure entered the room- a young nurse and seeing him blinking- she smiled. Checking the machine connected with him she gave another smile and went out.
After few minutes another figure entered. But there was no smile- worry, sadness, disappointed.
"What did you do jungkook" his mother rushed towards him. "Are you okay baby" she runned a hand over his hair, eyes showing great worry.
Maybe she do care, but he didn't speak something anything merely nodding.
"You know it was your last exam jungkook. You know how much it would ruin your career, your result" her eyes turn hard- clear disappointment.
Or maybe not, jungkook wanted to laugh at himself for even thinking for a second she do care. It was that again- it was all about grades again.
"But don't worry.We have talked with principal. That last exam would be taken again, only because your our son. So your year wouldn't be wasted" he leans in to kiss his forehead but he turned away.
She left shortly after- because of a business meeting.
Great, just great.God you hate me this much? Even you don't want me there. Jungkook keep looking upward totally straight, like he would see through the hospital roof towards the clear sky.
