prologue

Virgil POV

"Can we just wrap this up already? It's getting late," I said, rubbing my eye, feeling annoyed.

It was almost midnight, and Thomas was still recording. At this rate, it'll be morning before we can even get to bed.

"Shush, Panic! At the Everywhere. The important people are talking," Roman said, making a hand motion at me. Which I can only indicate to mean, 'shoo'.

Thomas looks at Roman, talking in a somewhat serious tone. "Roman, you know very well that he's just as important as the rest of us."

Roman, looking irritated, crossed his arms. I swear he's acts like a fucking child.

Patton butts in, "Come on, don't go ROMAN around moping." He laughs at his own terrible pun.

Logan's face scrunches up, in disapproval of that pun. Roman looking at Patton, with a expression saying, 'why must you torture us with bad jokes.' I tried to hide a smile.

Patton literally acts like a child, but is more mature and nicer than Roman will ever be. He's an awesome person, even though his jokes are crappy.

"I have to agree with Thomas," Logan spoke, "without Virgil, Thomas would be back in that Disoriented state that he was in last time. Do I need to bring out the Yerkes- Dodson curve again?"

"No I think we're good Logan," I responded. "Now seriously Thomas, it is getting late."

Thomas sighs, "alright, we'll finish this up tomorrow morning." He stops the recording and turns off the camera. "Get some sleep you guys."

"Will do kiddo, goodnight," Patton waves bye as he sinks down.

"In that case, have a good evening everyone," Logan sinks down out of sight.

Roman glares at me, "I still don't like you."

"Does it look like I care? Now good night." I sink down, heading to my room.

God, I hope I can get some sleep tonight.

Roman POV

"I swear, that gloomy gloom needs to stay out of the way! We were so much better off without him in the first two videos! And I know we have to try to 'accept anxiety', but he doesn't make it easy."

I snap my fingers, immediately in my Disney prince PJs.

"Well, goodnight gorgeous," I wink at my reflection in the mirror. Crawling into my bed, thinking about what tomorrow will bring.

God I hope he doesn't show up tomorrow.

Logan's POV

I don't get why we couldn't just finish the video up tonight, instead of waiting until tomorrow.

I was pacing around my room for sometime, irritated by the fact that we didn't finish the video. And the probability of Thomas getting right back to it is infinitesimal.

Well there's no use trying to reason with Thomas and the others now. I sigh, getting into my sleep attire.

"Better hope he doesn't forget."

Patton's POV

Already in my cat onesie, jumping on the bed to tucker myself out. But got bored instead, so just ended up watching cat videos til I fall asleep

*A kitten gets jumped on by a lizard, and runs off*

"So funny yet so cute!"
