"Babe, you need to get some sleep." Ty said turning over in the bed.

"I've tried, okay. I'm just nervous about Ry's first day of school." Lauren let out a sigh and snuggled up to him.

"He'll be alright, Lo. Didn't you see how excited he was when he was picking out his school supplies? He's so happy about this. I'm sure he wouldn't wanna see his mama all worked up about this." Ty said, tucking a piece of hair behind her ear.

Lauren laughed at the memory of Ryan picking out his backpack and school supplies. It took them a while to leave the store because he was so picky.

"Yeah, okay fine. I'll try to sleep again." She closed her eyes, allowing herself to relax.

The alarm rang throughout their room at 7am. Lauren removed her body from the tight embrace of her husband's and stood from the bed. She stretched and let out a yawn before going to do her morning routine in the bathroom and getting dressed.

Ty sat up in the bed as Lauren exited the bathroom. "Good morning, my love." Ty said going to kiss her.

"Morning, I'm gonna go wake Ryan up." Lauren kissed him back before leaving the room.

Ryan's room was a little further down from theirs because Ty didn't want the four year old to be curious of the possible noises that may come from their room. Ty had bought them a bigger house after they got married because he was making bank like crazy and needed to support his family while Lauren took the time to stay home taking care of Ryan.

Their home did come with an in-home studio that was much bigger than the one at their previous house, so Lauren used it whenever she could, feeling herself ready to step into the music scene again soon.

Lauren walked into her son's room, seeing him sprawled out on his Avengers themed blanket. He always managed to end up outside of the blanket no matter how many times she tucked him in.

"Bubba...it's time to get up." Lauren ran her hand through his soft curls, shaking him a bit.

"Mama?" Ryan said still half asleep.

"Yeah, it's me. Remember what today is?" She said scooping him up in her arms and walking to his small bathroom.

He nodded his head, rubbing at his tired eyes while Lauren helped him stand on the little step stool they put in his bathroom for him to reach the sink.

"I go to school." Ryan said in a yawn.

"Yup, now brush those pretty little teeth while mommy gets your things ready." She gave him a sweet kiss on his forehead and went back into his room.

Lauren picked up the small amount of toys he had laying around the room before she fixed his bed. She then went into the drawer to pick out something for him to wear. Ryan was rinsing his mouth before he entered the room again.

"All clean!" He showed off his teeth to her, and she couldn't help but smile at how adorable he was.

"Okay, now let's get you all dressed up, baby boy." Lauren said, starting to remove his pajamas.

"Is daddy awake? He likes to sleep a lot." Ryan asked while Lauren tied his sneakers.

"Daddy is awake Ry, and I bet he can't wait to see his favorite boy on his first day of school." Lauren beamed once she was done.
